I liked the renovation that was done (+/- 2 years ago) which gave the hotel a light feel to it. Chocolate chip cookies are a welcome sight after a long journey....as is a heated pool. Quiet hotel, good breakfast variety, fresh coffee, and staff checked supplies on a regular basis.

Although brochures were just inside the doorway, I had a hard time ordering food. Fortunately, some restaurants are within an easy drive. Also the bathroom light is a bit bright so a dimmer switch may not be a bad idea.

Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate available around the clock by the front desk. Wide Assortment of good breakfast foods for everyone to select from.

Requested and was told that we would have a room with 2 queen beds and a handicap accessible bathroom. However, we did not get the room we reserved. They did go out of their way to put us in a suite to make up for the room we requested, which was nice and appreciated.

The pool is very nice the hotel is very clean and smells great they are always mopping and straightening up and it smells so good

We reserved a room with multiple beds but because we booked through a third party and they were fully booked we had 1 king bed for 2 adults and 3 kids

We have been here before. They are in the middle of an upgrade. Clean rooms very neat. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Friendly staff.

We booked this well in advanced and did request a 1st floor room., but when we arrived, they only had the 3rd floor rooms. Very disappointed. Also, since the 3rd floor was updated, but there were NO cups for water, If you wanted one you had to go down to the lobby and fine one. Not good. They need to put more cups in the room. Also, the fridge in our room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. These need to be check regularly. These are minor problems and I sure they can fix it. My rate is 8.

Room size was good. For the price we paid, not many TV stations. House keeper was very good and helpful. As was check in person

Breakfast was not very good. Biscuits over cooked. Couldn’t cut pancakes with plastic fork and knife. Toaster did not toast evenly. Orange juice and coffee were best part of meal. Pillows not very comfortable under head

Hotel was undergoing renovation, which would have been good to know. The business computers were not operating very well and needed trained IT personnel. Additionally, market food was limited and pricey. In our experience, at least a couple bottles of water are usually provided at no cost. Not the case here. On the other hand, the personnel were pleasant and the room was nice.

Inaccurate room description. We booked 1 room with 4 beds and an additional room. There was no additional rooms at all totally inaccurate was pretty disappointing

The manger on duty the day we arrived was able to give us good directions to the hotel since our GPS led us to another location, The variety of food for breakfast was outstanding. The pool looked very inviting but due to time constraints we were not able to use it.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and we were able to check in a little early.

The price was elevated due to a West Virginia University home football game. Seems all hotel/motels do this.

The beds pillows mattress were the best . Maybe you can tell me the brand mattress and I can get some at home and finallly have a good nights sleep 😀

The breakfast ran out of biscuits and sausage and bagels at 7:30. I didn’t grade them down for that because it happens if there’s a rush
