The room was spacious, (suite), bed was comfortable, showerhead sprayed just the right amount. Appreciated the in-room coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The included breakfast had a wife variety to choose from and was yummy.

We were confused as to how to tell cleaning staff the room needed attention. We thought NOT have the "resting comfortably" sign on the outside door knob was the cue for service. We asked the front desk and was told to leave a towel outside the door. Cool, now we know. Once we did get serviced, we were thankful for the fresh towels and TP refill, but it would have been nice to have fresh sheets, the conditioner refilled, and coffee restocked. Oyher than that, our stay was great! We stayed 15 days.

conveniently located off the highway. Beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, not as much variety as other hotels we stayed at but it did the job.

it’s a little dated in the rooms, and the pool facilities could use more lighting. In addition the pool area smelt unbelievably strong of chlorine and it was irritating to the eyes and nostrils. rooms aren’t very sheltered by road noise outside or other people in the hallway, I’m also not a light sleeper and was woken by trucks and cars outside.

Everything was clean and fresh. The bathroom was so spacious with a step in shower that also had a handheld shower head. The bed was clean and fresh and comfy. The breakfast had a nice variety with everything being filled and cleaned continuously by the friendly gentleman caring for it. We will stay here again on our next trip down south!

Nothing important. If I had to say something, it would be the view directly in front of the hotel, which is a rocky empty lot.

My grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean and hospitable. We will be returning visitors.

The only complaint I could even make is that the chlorine level in the pool was a bit high but I can understand it with so many occupants.

We stayed here for 6 nights. I selected this hotel for 3 reasons: location, price, and the fact it had a pool. We had a great stay. The room was good, as expected. The front desk staff we dealt with throughout the stay were all friendly and professional. Nobody gave us a hard time about asking for extra towels for our extended stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I have a 3 year old and the stairs were great for him to play on in the pool, unlike some other locations we've been in. The lady in charge of breakfast, Diane, was so kind and sweet and the breakfast was perfect for us. We had an amazing stay! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Highly recommend. BONUS: if you're into thrifting there's a goodwill right across the street. :)

The pool and the restroom were great. The morning breakfast was amazing.

The beds felt uncomfortable and were smaller than anticipated.

The young lady that met me at the desk was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and what we expected. The breakfast was good and was properly filled when close to empty.

Fairfield employees were wonderful, it is kept very clean, and the location is right off the interstate with restaurants and stores close.
