The Staff was amazing we booked a trip and needed to stay an extra day. Being that we stayed in the suite room it happened to be booked the day we were looking to extend. Needless to say we had to switch rooms which I thought would be a hassle but they had our next room ready at 9:30 am right across the hall and let us use both room keys to transfer our stuff. Without question will be returning for another stay.

This hotel is one of the closest to our destination in Virginia and was fair to the Value. It is close to convenient places to shop or eat. There's a coffee station 24/7 and it was good kind. The breakfast was good in a portion container.

Though breakfast is good, it wasn't specified, it's served Covid (pre-packed) style. It is out of the norm and it should be added info on your booking page. If you missed your Breakfast (ticketed meal) If not use, the meal ticket the first day, you can't use both tickets the following day ( FYI).

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Great coffee. Small gym but good machines, including a peloton bike. Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby.

Although rooms were comfortable, they were quite dark inside due to the colour of the decor.

We were on the second floor in a section with no elevator. We’re both in our 70s. We did manage, but it would’ve been nicer to have an elevator and there are some people who might not be able to handle that.

Better than most travel motels. Still very dated, how many coats of paint before doors etc. Get replaced. Tub didn’t drain properly. Liked the served breakfast. Staff accommodated and friendly. Was happy to leave tips.

Place needs sprucing up. Ceilings in halls are dirty and carpets in common area.

Convenient, quiet location off main highway in Bridgeport. Comfortable bed, clean room. Restaurants nearby.

As with many hotels, too much attention to aesthetic features and not enough to functional aspects. Travelers need surface areas, hangers, and towel racks rather than an over-abundance of pillows that take up space when not in use.

Location is very convenient, near freeway ramp and close to other businesses/restaurants.

Property is very dated, appeared to be clean, however carpeting in room was noticeably damp. Bathroom was small and needs updating.

Location was perfect, staff were extremely helpful, thank you Ronda and Bob too. Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the usage of the gym and pool. Staff were courteous and friendly. Beds comfy, just perfect overall.

The facility was very well decorated. It was the fall season and the staff had gone to a great effort to decorate the lobby, restaurant and hallways. Even had a slight smell of cinnamon. The grounds were well landscaped. It showed the hotel was well taken care of. The room was large and included a coffee maker and microwave.

Very long hallways, had walk a long way to walk to elevator.

It was easy to make a reservation, the room was nice and clean, and the staff, particularly Bob Moyer, the breakfast waiter, was exceptional...friendly, funny, and kind.

Not sure anything can be done, but the air conditioning unit was loud. Thankfully it was cool enough to not run it all night.
