Ac worked well along with the comfortable beds very friendly staff check in was quick n easy! Very close to baseball complex and plenty food places to choose from! Breakfast was ok just not enuff room to eat.. shower was great room was clean with clean bedding n comfortable beds

Hotel alone was small , rooms were small for three ppl! A little on the pricey side not to have a bigger size hotel room, we didn’t know how to work the tv dish remote so therefore we didn’t watch tv entire wk end I guess previous ppl messed up remote pushing buttons .. breakfast was ok but where you eat was so small there was not enuff room so we hit the nearest sheetz for breakfast!

I mistakenly made a reservation for a different date than the one I was trying to make. The fee was non refundable but I proceeded to make a second reservation for the correct date. When I canceled the erroneous reservation and explained that the reservation was a mistake, the facility waived the non-refundable fee. I was very grateful. My husband is disabled and we had asked for a handicapped room near an exit or elevator. We were given a handicapped room next to an exit. We thank the hotel for fulfilling our requests.

The room was very nice and very clean. We were disappointed that there was no coffee in the room nor a microwave. Our disappointment was probably our own fault for not reading the list of amenities well enough.

For the price the hotel itself was in very good condition and located far enough away from the interstate, so no traffic noise. The staff greeted me and was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and large. Bathroom towels were soft and big, and the little supplies were a bonus. The continental breakfast hours were expansive, and the menu included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, milk, bagels, muffins and possibly even yogurt. 24/7 tea and coffee. It's impossible to leave the hotel hungry!

Regarding the TV, I did not see a list of the channels offered for the TV in the room.

Everything was amazing. Staff was pleasant and very friendly. Breakfast was amazing and loved the different variety of foods and drinks and you can easily make your own waffles in two easy steps. Bed was super comfy. Loved the reading nook in front of the window. Loved the placement of the tv. The bathroom was gorgeous and very spacious. All of it was great. The location is great and surrounded but restaurants, shopping centers, mall, gas stations. Everything was amazing and will definitely be coming back !!

NOTHING. People complain about there not being a microwave in the rooms but there is one on the ground floor accessible at all times so it really is no big deal! It was all amazing

All of the staff were super welcoming and kind, happy to assist whenever was needed and if there was any issues had them resolved incredibly quick. Had an issue one evening around 2am when the door lock machine stopped working (only the master key could open it, we tried several different keys) the guy on the front desk that evening had us moved to a different room right away and even bought up the luggage trolly so we could get moved over without it causing any issues but gave us the option to stay in the room and have maintenance come to fix the door.

Would have been nice to have a slightly wider breakfast selection

We really loved our stay at Microtel! As soon as we arrived we had a very friendly staff member checking us in and the rooms were very comfortable! The location was amazing, located around plenty of food options and gas stations which was very convenient for us being on a road trip to fill up the tank before we left in the morning. Not far from the things we were wanting to see and do which was great as well and area definitely felt safe. Showers were nice and big and the rooms were extremely clean.

The only downside was that our air conditioner wasn't seeming to work properly - it would keep automatically turning off even though we didn't have it on the auto setting so the room did get quite stuffy (luckily there was a window) but made for quite hot warm sleeps at night.

Clean, comfy rooms at a safe and secure location. Located in a really nice area with nearby shopping/dining/parks. We stayed for the night on our way down south to visit family/vacation. We’ve stayed at some awful places so it was nice to see all of the positive reviews for such an affordable accommodation. 10/10 would stay again. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Was very clean

There were two negatives. First was the room location was next to the stair tower. The noise transfer was terrible which led to very limited and disrupted sleep. The hotel staff should be privy to this knowledge for there were other available rooms that could have been utilized. The second was the bed was uncomfortable and actually made you sore to were you had to keep rotating.

First of all , let's talk about these prices...omg the price was amazing. This is, by far, the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The location was good. My daughter had an appointment in Morgantown, and we stopped in clarksburg and stayed the night. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was kind, beds were comfortable. I will be staying again when traveling in the future.

I have a gluten allergy so I couldn't have the gravy that looked so delicious. I had oatmeal because I love it. I was very much impressed with the clean smell and white bed coverings. Amanda at Bridgeport was genuinely a caring, kind and professional person. I felt like she really cared about my stay.

I would like the breakfast menu to be more lean proteins and gluten free choices.
