The room was clean, nothing was old or worn out. The accessible room had plenty of space for maneuvering a wheelchair. The staff went out of their way to help meet a specialized need.

Our only complaint was that the tile in the roll in shower was extremely slick when wet. It is a “roll in” but for those not in a chair such as spouse or helper it was really slippery and therefore hazardous.

This is a pretty standard Accommodation that did not disappoint. I got what I expected for the price I paid. The breakfast was a notch up from the usual breakfast included fare. We were seated at a table and offered several different options including the custom ingredient omlettes we chose which were quite good.

There was really nothing to complain about. If you are stopping for the night "in transit" this is a good choice. I intend to book it again the next time I need to driver from Western Ohio to the DC area.

Everything was very clean, easy check in/out, great facilities. I will stay here again when in this area of West Virginia. The bathroom in my room looked like it had never been used - was immaculate!

bed pillows could have been more plump, one was too flat, two was too full. this was my only complaint! everything else was really very fine.

Didn’t like that breakfast was added cost and not the standard continental fair that would be the norm. So opted to go to a different restaurant instead. Luckily there were multiple choices nearby. I liked the location though.

No bar or grill open. And breakfast was not continental. Added cot to pre order at a cot greater than a fast food restaurant for what seemed less than what you would get there. Seems like a poor management choice. Also did not like that no receipt was available because we booked through booking.com.

Linda at the front desk has made my stay absolutly the best. Im here under horrible circumstances and she has gone above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible so very greatful for her

I rated this a 9 only because you had to pay for breakfast, which basically is free at most hotels we've stayed at. Also, coffee was free but was empty when we went to get some.

Hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The bed was so comfortable that my husband & I are trying to find out what kind of mattress it was! Highly recommend!

Pool is out of service, we did not know this before booking as this was the main reason we booked this specific hotel.

I enjoyed the gym and pool / hot tub, the breakfast was great (had an omelet), and the room was clean. Right off the highway, and the price was fair. I would come back again. It was a great experience.

Perfect location. Close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious. Indoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable.
