the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean. the front desk was very nice.

while taking a shower the water wasn't draining so we stood in ankle deep water.... gross.. the pillows were paper thin.. the room definitely needed some updates, there were stain/stuff marks all over the floors which you couldn't tell if it was dirty or scuffs without a closer look.. drips of paint that could've been mistaken for bugs.. the bathroom was SO SMALL if you were sitting on the toilet, you couldn't close or open the door.

The front desk clerk Linda was awesome! Very personable and funny! Quick to help in any way. So great! We actually left something behind when we checked out... something VERY expensive. We were so worried it was gone forever however we called to check. The night clerk said he'd recheck our room and call us back. He found it & put it in the safe for us! His name was Hunter and we were just so blown away by his friendly manner and helpfulness! We appreciate your honesty and awesome employees! Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

It was clean and neat. The staff was friendly. Liked it was dog friendly. 🐕 Overall my stay was good.

It was a little noisy. Did have restaurant near by had to drive a little far to get to them.

Very clean and room was fresh looking and updated. Location off the highway and price was excellent. There was no breakfast but lots of places close by to grab a quick bit. Would recommend to our friends and family who travel south often from Toronto.

Some people may miss seeing the property as it’s up on a slight hill. But, well worth the stay.

I really liked the bed even tho it's pretty firm. I was not desturbed at all by anyone outside our room. I loved the location! Plenty of things nearby to do.

The parking lot/ driveway could be alittle better. Repave in some spots and lines need repainted. Also it snowed and whenever we left they never got it plowed. The TV wasn't the best.

Disabled room. Just. Need small ramp. To get in and. Out with wheel chair Get breakfast bar.. you need it

Everything was clean and much better quality than some motels I’ve stayed at before.

I wish there was a breakfast option available—even if it was just a protein or granola bar.

I was very impressed with The employees that I met during my stay. They were not only very friendly but also very helpful. I felt very much at home. Thank them for me.

I had trouble with the door handle to access the toom

The staff was ver very friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome. The free coffee was great. The parking was great - we could see our car from our window. The hotel is very near to a small shopping mall, so it was easy to go out and get food. The ATM in the lobby was very convenient.

The fridge in our room made a whining noise. Not very unpleasant, but not very pleasant either.
