Convenient location, easy to find, quick access off the highway. Close to WVU, shopping, restaurants, and activities. Property was clean and comfortable. Staff members were all friendly, outgoing and extremely accommodating going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the temperature in the pool room. It was a little too hot and humid to sit comfortably while our children swam, however this wasn’t a huge deal for us as we only planned to utilize the pool for a short time the day of our arrival due to scheduling of activities over our stay.

The outdoor fire pit area was an amazing time. Front desk clerk Cheyenne was beyond amazing!! Will definitely be back.

Very uncomfortable bed. I didn't have a bathtub in my room. And the room was not as nice as other Hampton Inn properties I've stayed with before. Maybe the college town scene does change the quality.

Convenient location with several places to eat and shop. We had new student tour at WVU and the drive to coliseum was short and easy to find. I also loved the fire pit sitting area out front. So cozy.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. If I had to pick something it would have been nice to have a map of surrounding stores because I had no idea there were so many things right up the hill from us.

Felt comfortable and clean

Staff at desk and management were less than pleasant and inexperienced on evening of arrival and when asked to help with lock on door that was dysfunctional. Our two rooms also had broken dead locks. One of staff was letting us know her personal troubles.

Great place. Clean and staff was good. Would stay here again.

The young man that checked us in acted like we were bothering him. He didn't offer any information that you usually get during check in unless we asked directly. We stayed at same hotel in Stateville NC the previous two nights and they were great.

Friendliness and cleanliness! Bathroom beds and pool were all exceptionally clean with plenty of towels! We left at 4am and even though we missed breakfast, they still had coffee out! They even had an Easter egg hunt for the kids!

great facility, Was also very impressed with the cleanliness of this particular location. We will definitely come back. My husband and son really enjoyed thier breakfast.

There was nothing a his facility that we did not like.

Outdoor fire pits with comfortable seating made for enjoyable evening. Pizza place nearby was very convenient. Breakfast was very good also.

Misrepresentation that room had a balcony as there are NO BALCONIES AT THIS HOTEL!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The decor throughout the hotel was very updated and stylish. The breakfast was very good, but the waffle iron spray was missing. We really appreciated having our pet with us.

Some of the other guests were noisy in the hall and the next-door room until late in the early morning hours. The only other thing was that there should be sanitizing wipes in the room or at the elevators to wipe down the remote, etc.

The property was well kept and the staff were above and beyond friendly. It must be a WV thing.

Can't think of anything about the property or staff that I didn't like.
