We arrived around five p.m., greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the desk, he had us registered within minutes and we were on our way upstairs. When we opened the door to our room, it was a breath of fresh air, not a stale odor like a lot of hotel rooms. The room smelled of fresh shampoo! The mattress was comfortable, the coverlet on the bed nice and soft. The bathroom was spotless thanks to Maria. We loved the fact that normal size shampoo bottles and conditioner were available and not those tiny samples, bravo! The breakfast was great the next morning, we loved our waffles !

Convenient location close to the Interstate we were travelling, clean and modern facilities, good breakfast, a good stop over for travel.

Upon arrival there were problems. Front desk staff were trying their best but were very obviously not comfortable in dealing with front desk issues. They seemed overworked, not adequately trained and under tremendous stress. Not the happy welcome we expect at Hampton Inn.

They were having computer issues when people were checking in. It was an issue beyond their control. But the manager and staff were very professional and handled things as best as they could. The manager was kind and handled things in a calm and professional way. It was nice to see a place that was well managed with staff that cared about their jobs.

A newer facility, everything was clean and upscale , and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast included was very nice a lot of options. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The pet fee was extremely high, $50.

Misty and Tammy that prepare the Breakfast we were traveling with our 1yr old grandson he loves bananas and strawberry yogurt if they weren't out there they went and got them for him.i thought that was very sweet. They played and talked to him it was really nice.

The property with clean, and the staff were always welcoming and nice.

The rooms are not very sound resistant and so I was awakened by the person in the next rooms alarm every morning at 5 AM. This would normally not be a problem because any normal person would turn it off, he did not for over 45 minutes. I ended up calling the front desk who was so nice enough to call him and wake him. Then, he snoozed his alarm three more times. Nothing the hotel staff could do, but just a note if you’re a light sleeper. Also, I am normally not a light sleeper.

We were heading back to Ontario from our vacation...hotel was full and there were noisy.kids all around us...front desk guy switched rooms for us...we had a small.dog who was upset with the noise..I wish I had this guys name ..he was the embodiment of customer service extraordinaire ..he also recommended a wonderful restaurant..we checked in around 6 on April 1st can't thank him enuf

Close to the highway Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good and area was clean

The bathroom was dated. Some Mold in and around the grout in the bathtub.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and roomy.

The heated pool was too much chemicals in the air!!! So not enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was out of food and not stocked quickly.

I had special requests due to traveling with our elderly dog. they were so willing to accommodate my requests and were so nice. we traveled on to NY and I booked another Hampton Inn at our destination because of our great experience. However, we learned real quick that all are not the same and it is definitely the staff that makes a place more pleasant. stayed one night and went down the road to a Best Western for the remaining 5 days of our stay.
