Very clean with the most comfortable beds! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a small complex with restaurants, fast food, shops and coffee shops with great access onto the main interstate. The location also meant that we could travel to all the main towns easily. Great shopping mall is only a few minutes away. Breakfast was a good choice of hot or cold food and there was also a guest laundry room. We travelled here from the UK and this was our second long stay at this hotel as we were visiting our son. We would definitely return.

Honestly cannot fault this hotel.

The breakfast was WONDERFUL. My son said this place was the best he'd ever stayed and any future hotels should be with Holiday Inn. The room was very nice, even so that my son said how amazing the room looked and the lobby too. We really wanted to swim with the kids but didn't have time. Also, everyone that was working there was SUPER nice and helpful. We had a great stay.

I personally didn't think that the bed was very comfortable, but no one else in my family complained about that.

Nice location and great breakfast!

When I went to check into my room, and the bathroom was a little bit dirty. I found a dirty Q-tip on the floor and it needed to be wiped down a little better than it was. I complained to the front desk, but they said that they were not able to do anything because I booked it through your website. The only thing that they were really able to do was give me a late check out.

There was a large group staying at the hotel at once from a vocational school and they took up the entire pool, and once they left, their room doors were kept open to air them out for the whole next day with extra mattresses leaning in the hallway. It was not the fault of the friendly housekeeping staff, but it did take away from the feel of a nice environment.

Receptionist was welcoming and professional. Breakfast was very good by way of variety and freshness. Beds were very comfortable, hotel rooms / bathroom a good size. As it was raining when we arrived, seeing a treadmill and pool was a welcome sight.

Beds were very comfortable, great room darkening shades, rooms and hotel very clean. Hotel staff including room attendants very pleasant.

Breakfast bar was not stocked very well, scrambled eggs were not appealing and tasteless. Coffee was luke warm exxcept early morning.

For breakfast there was no cream cheese, only "light", no yogurt at all, and no decaf coffee. upon request the staff made decaf coffee, but it took a long time.

Breakfast was great!… many choices… very clean area as well

The orange juice looked alittle brownish in color and had a strange taste… let the staff know this but the same juice was there the next day???

The room was clean and breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I didn't like was they sold me on having an indoor pool and hot tub. When we got to check in they said the hot tub was out of service.

Everything was good and I like that you had potato on the menu. Most places don't. People from the North like Potato

I am not a meat eater but that is okay.
