I loved this place, it was clean, the bed was so comfortable, breakfast was Spectacular and checkout is at 11 … and the pool OMG THE POOL YESSSSS!!! I will stay against very soon

The property sign was confusing it still has the old hotel name but that’s no reason not to stay. I really thought I was lost but one you go inside the brand name is on everything else.

It was located in the center of all the places we needed to be, it was priced nicely for a one night stay, staff was really nice.

Getting out of the parking lot was a little rough just where the roads were uneven and too busy to get out. Not the hotels fault but it was a dislike. Also curtains in our room had some stains, looked like blood.

The staff were super nice and very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. They lady who checked us in was excellent and very pleasant. When I have to go to that area again and have to stay, I will stay there. The free breakfast was good also.

There was very little water pressure in the bathroom sink, but it was fine and not a big problem

The stay was awesome. I was staying to get to a doctors appointment early the next morning. I received an amazing free breakfast with my stay. Plus my mom and I got to enjoy the pool for hours!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the layout of entrance and exit doors. It was a bit confusing at first.

Bed was great, couch was comfy, and the pool was really nice. Also, continental breakfast was pretty good. I honestly wish I would have stayed longer, but I had to leave early the next day. If I have to travel through Morgantown again and can't stay with local family, I'll definitely come here again.

Bathrooms could have been a bit bigger. It wouldn't be a problem for me, but I know enough people such that mobility would be a serious concern for them here. Also, during breakfast, one of the milk containers was starting to curdle.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good their breakfast was: omelettes, waffles, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, toast, etc. Someone at the hotel made a mistake and cancelled my reservation 2 days before I arrived. My guess is it was a mixup. The staff were very apologetic and did a great job in fixing the error.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. My son had surgery and I was carrying him in and the gentleman working took my son and carried him to my room and put him in bed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful

Close to WVU. Stayed there for the school's open house.

The hotel sign outside wasn't clear enough that it was the correct hotel. We passed the building entrance. My digital key card didn't work and had to be given a new room. Front desk mentioned they were having problems with the key cards.

It was very easily accessible for Mr I have horrible fibromyalgia. The lady at desk when we arrived was so kind and helpful

No hot tub for me to soak in. The pool was too cold for my skin w my fibromyalgia . Our carpet always felt damp and our room smelled that way

Receptionist was awesome! Was easy access which was great considering I was there with my mother whom had just had outpatient surgery! Beds were very comfortable!

Name of hotel is Quality Inn, but there's still a Best Western sign out front which made it a little confusing when we arrived. Also the toilet wouldn't stop running in our room. But overall the room was great!
