The gentleman working the front desk was kind and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable of any of the 100s of hotels that I have ever stayed at.

I was looking forward to the pool. It was in August and the pool was indoors. The pool water couldn't have been colder if it was outside in January. There was no courtesy bottled water at check in. There was no complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant on hotel grounds has a decent breakfast menu at an ok value. The hotel lobby was brewing coffee (none ready) both times I checked.

Location was great. I liked that it had a restaurant attached, even though I didn’t get a chance to try it. I only stay places with a pool for my children. Front desk personnel were very friendly.

Walls were very dirty. The rest of the room appeared clean. Only sheer curtains closed. No room darkening drapes. The elevator was very slow and only 1 of them go to the ground floor where the pool is. Ran out of towels in the pool area-had to take them from the workout area.

Friendly Staff, very clean, helpful even with travel questions. Perfect location and felt very comfortable and safe. Bed was comfortable and big. The bathroom was so roomy, and the shower was amazing. Fully stocked with hair products and body wash.

Pool was cold but the little one didn't mind it AT ALL! The dining was awful and made me sick!!

The hotel is literally beside my doctors office. We can walk out the back of the hotel & straight into the office building. Since we were there for 1 of my doctor appointments at 1:15 I requested a late check out & the hotel allowed us to keep our room until 1pm. I've stayed here twice now for doctor appointments. I will be booking several more nights for an upcoming surgery as well as pre-OP & post-OP appointments this year. I plan to book all of the nights needed here.

There wasn't really anything I "didn't like". The only thing that was "wrong" was housekeeping opening our door even though we had the do not disturb sign on our door as well as the late check out. I put the word wrong in quotes because it really wasn't a wrong. I think it would be more accurate to call it a minor aggravation but we weren't upset about it.

2nd time staying at this location. Had to go to NSO at WVU. Like how close it is to college. Staff during check in was very pleasant and sociable. The bed is perfect after a long drive.

I don't want to be hounded or pestered, but after check-in, that was the last interaction I had with anyone on staff. Even when I came in and out through day and night, no one at the desk inquired if I was a guest or even acknowledged I was there. That just made me wonder how easy it would be for anyone from the street to just wander in and possible go to the indoor pool or even to the rooms.

Did not have breakfast there. Location was good.

When checking in it took longer because the staff was dealing with another customer with an issue. Felt it could have been handled a little better.

The location was perfect and everything was very clean. Cara was extremely helpful with the check-in process and even made sure I was signed up for IHG so that I could begin earning my points so s/o to her! The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. I will be booking again whenever I am in Morgantown.

breakfast was phenomenal, the room was clean, bathroom spacious. This was our second time staying here.

The mattress was hard as a rock. Seriously - I was up at least 6 times adjusting out of discomfort. Last time I don't remember it being so hard. Also, came back from dinner and parking was non-existent. Had to circle several times to wait for someone to leave.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel/room was neat and clean. I left too early in the mornings to try the breakfast but did have dinner at Smoking J's and the food was great.

I had a great experience and didn't see anything I didn't like.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice roomy shower. Particularly like the big comfy pillows. Refrigerator was nice and roomy. Didn't use the coffee maker, but the coffee in the lobby was good and hot. I like that they had a gym and pool, even though it was too cold to use, and the washing machines on every other floor was a nice touch if you've been on a long road trip and need clean clothes. There's a Walgreens a 5 minute walk away in case you need any sundries.

Our key cards didn't work the first time, but staff fixed them immediately.
