Great location - we walked just a couple blocks to a local coffee shop for breakfast, and there was also a cool shop nearby. The Morgan Hotel is in a classy old building with tile floors for the bathroom, a big king-size room with plenty of space, sturdy furniture, comfy bed. Staff was friendly. Workout room in the basement was fine.

The pillows were too thick, and the shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower didn't pump right. There was no coffeemaker in the room, which would have been OK, but the coffee in the lobby ran out of to-go cups and only had flavored creamer. So - just little things!

No coffee or microwave in room Bottled water in fridge was 7.00! No thanks. Nice that they had wine in room for purchase but they were 30. Iron available at front desk but no ironing board, had to use desk with a towel. Sink didn't drain well. These are all minor items. Worst was no parking, you either had to use parking garage with 6 hr rate or daily valet for 20. A day and they stop at 11 pm

The lobby and bar were very well appointed! There are beautiful chandeliers there. The room was nice especially the bathroom. Wonderful shower! The bed and pillows were really comfortable.

The air conditioning is built out from the wall- kind of an eyesore. The room could use a piece of art. But much more standout was that the bar waitress was practically in a huff and called last call at 9.30 pm. She said it so rudely. She behaved like we were a nuisance. It was kind of shocking and practically ruined our experience of the property. The front desk staff also were a bit short of what one would expect of such a place and price point.

It’s beautiful, the renovation integrates respect and honor to the past with modern design in a way that is fun and functional. Also the location right on the Main Street couldn’t be better.

The shower was a little gross- the shower pan looked like it was pretty dirty, which given the state of everything else was a surprise. Also the photo prohibition inside the lobby is tough to deal with because you just want to take pictures of the place-it’s so cool!

The location to campus is very good, and the hotel has great style being a historic property. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the valet parking was easy and very efficient.

I would have rated the property higher were it not for the extremely loud window air conditioner that made for less than restful nights of sleep for both me and my husband. Another thing that would be nice is to have a coffee maker in the room. We’ve come to expect that on our travels and it’s odd to find a hotel that doesn’t offer that now.

Beautifully restored hotel in the heart of town.

They really need to work out a couple of things, Like address the parking issue. Should not have to pay for valet or lot parking when spending that much money on the hotel. And come on $7 for a bottle of water? Need to get their website and the booking agencies in sync, a few discrepancies. Otherwise a great stay!

The atmosphere was amazing. Very old building feel and some vintage touch. But very modern and comfortable.

It would have been nice if the beds could have been situated in a similar fashion so that you could comfortably view the TV from both beds. But with the layout of the room, it is probably not possible.

I loved the feel of the hotel. I like history and the old architecture. The coffee and tea in the lobby was perfect!! Best coffee around.

I feel the bathroom could use a good scrub. We were in room 512. Some hot soapy water and a scrub brush on the floor tile would be great.

We stayed for a family wedding. The hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing!! The room was very nice and spacious loved the shower!!

The valet service was the only thing that could use a little improvement. The staff was friendly and great but there was only one person so it took some time to have them take our car and bring it back to us

The location, the size of the room, the cleanliness.

To be honest, the toilet seat was loose and also the water level in the toilet too high for a male to sit down. I did appreciate coughing in the lobby however it’s a little inconvenient for first thing in the morning.
