I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I am in the area. It is in a relatively quiet part of the town and it is close to my family.

I never received any housekeeping services the entire stay (Wednesday night through Sunday morning). I nearly ran out of towels, toilet paper, and the trash piled up in my room. I saw housekeeping services every day in the hallway but they never bothered to stop by my room or to ask me if I needed anything. The hotel is undergoing renovations. I don't like to stay in hotels when this is happening. I wish I would have known this when I booked or I would have stayed somewhere else. I didn't discover it until I checked in.

Breakfast was excellent with many choices and included with hotel stay. The location is right off interstate and within walking distance to gas, food, groceries. This is why I booked my stay @ this hotel. Plus they have a fitness/ gym room.

The fitness/ gym room the temperature was 81 degrees. This temperature is too hot to run on the treadmill, however I walked but it would have been much better if temperature was cooler for exercise.

My grandson Braxton had to have surgery and we wanted to be able to relax and be close to the hospital and within walking distance of stores/fast food. He had a hard recovery and he has been comfortable staying here. We came the weekend before his surgery so he could enjoy the pool and hot tub. Braxton would definitely live here if he could!!

That we couldn’t get housekeeping to do our room, came in on Tuesday asked about service and asked about service and asked about service, and they finally showed up Saturday.

Excellent in every way. Staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. It was literally right across the street from a couple of fast food restaurants, so we could get dinner without having to get back into the car after a whole road trip. We will absolutely stay here again.

Location, comfortable, good space, friendly staff- seriously the best I experienced in my week of traveling.

Room lighting was dark but not a huge issue. Currently the pool is closed but we were not planning on using it.

Great location for visiting family in the area.

It would have been nice to have housekeeping services make up the room and pick up the trash. I stayed from Thursday-Wednesday and did not see housekeeping services the whole time, except when they distributed extra towels on Christmas Eve.

The Room was clean. Beds were cozy. Staff was friendly. Room was affordable.

Walls were thin though so my mom was up all night hearing the noise in the hallways. Mom had to do a very long walk to get to the room.

breakfast was good, changed a bit everyday so it wasn't always the same old thing, hot selection and individually wrapped items to grab and go

The breakfast area was large enough to accommodate guests and the eggs were hot and the sausage biscuits were great.

Toilet seat in room was loose and the shower/tub didn't drain quickly enough.
