We liked the staff and the hotel everything was clean and comfortable.

That pictures of room on line showed jet tub and shower but jet tub was removed they should update their pictures and they should have posted that the pool and whirlpool were closed for maintenance and we couldn't swim was looking forward to relaxing in the pool.

Came for an Oncology Nursing Conference at WVU. Great location. Very nicely decorated room. Perfect temperature. Love the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion. Feels like home. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thank you.

Everything was great. I liked everything. Next time I am going to bring my swimsuit.

This hotel exceeded expectations. It has recently been renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was also new and clean. Dog friendly. Great location close to campus, downtown and stadium. It is within the Suncrest center so there is a plethora of stores and restaurants including a Kroger and gas station.

Rooms for spacious. They also clean. I like the size of the bathroom.

The shower. It had two haphazard sprays and there was actually a hole in the wall by one of the handles. If you weren't careful it was confusing knowing which of the two handles controlled the spray and the water temperature.

The breakfast. Courtney is very nice! Comfortable beds. Good location.

My sink was seriously clogged and I had to wait several hours for maintenance to fix it. Idk why housekeeping doesn’t have things like that fixed; it was obvious. The shower temperature was never right…bounced between too cold and too hot. My room vaguely smelled like urine, while my friends’ rooms did not.

The staff were wonderful and I love the location

The hot water wasn’t working and we had to switch rooms and the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable for a person with back issues. Things could’ve been a little cleaner but all in all it was a great stay considering the circumstances I was there for.

Location was really good. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff was Friendly and accommodating.

Facilities were a little bit dated and could have been a little cleaner but overall not bad and seems like they're in the middle of beginning renovations. Upgraded rooms are much nicer and more spacious.

Location!! Very close to MANY restaurants and it ended up being 3 minutes from my appointment! I had a King Deluxe with separate Whirlpool and shower. The bed was huge and comfortable but I really enjoyed soaking in the jetted tub!

The carpets on my floor were in need of replacement. While I did enjoy the jetted tub, it along with the bathroom could use a makeover as well. I think a folding bench would be a nice addition to the shower as well.

Room was clean and very comfortable

Alot of students came in the same time we came in to register. It was loud and people were being pushy at the counter. I paid $166.00 for 1 night and they told us we had to pay for our breakfast if we wanted to eat.

The room was Very clean. I am a rewards member went in side entrance electronic key worked well. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

We could hear the people in the room next door. Although we were exhausted and fell asleep quickly it was the noise from them talking or child's voice that woke us up in the morning. I don't know if it was because we were in a room with a connecting door.
