The rooms are a nice size and the beds are very comfortable, the towels are nice and soft, the free breakfast is nice and it's consistent everyday, they do not have very many dairy-free options for my son who has allergies but I believe if we had inquired about this ahead of time they would have accommodated. It is wonderful to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and you're welcome to the paper plates and bowls and plasticware from the breakfast area to use in your room. The saved us a lot of money and time! We stayed for 6 days and had to ask for additional towels and take out our trash as they did not check in on us or clean the room unless requested. They very readily accommodated and were very kind about doing so. The entire staff is very kind and friendly, they also definitely give you your privacy if you're coming in late at night, we were out visiting family late several times. The access to West Virginia 24 right next door is an amazing asset! Normally it cost $30 a week just to have a week pass or $10 a day for a day pass. The gym is very clean and has so many different options for working out or just relaxing in the sauna or hot tub. If chosen to make this the place I stay every time I go home to visit West Virginia!

The only reason I rated it not perfect it's because I have stayed at some very high-end hotels and in comparison of course this is more of a budget hotel. This means a few things are slightly outdated, but they make up for it with free breakfast and great service, as well as the mini fridge and microwave in each room!

Wouldn't let us check in until 3pm after requesting 2 to3 Did not tell about a refundable deposit of 50.00 until check in and we still have not got the 50.00 deposit back a week later

Bridgeport quality Inn is a great motel. The breakfast is great. The staff is great. I prefer Bridgeport quality Inn over Fairmont quality Inn as Fairmont quality Inn breakfast is terrible.

Every thing was great at Bridgeport quality Inn.

The staff was extremely nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure to the shower was really good and the included breakfast was good.

Nothing, it was fine. I would stay here again if I am ever within the area.

I like how it had the 2 beds and bathroom n there is no pool inside had to go next door but i was worth it to see the kids smile

The room wasn't very clean the microwave had something molded in it and stuff still.im fridge we had to clean

Location of the hotel, and the access to a 24 hour Fitness facility that I love in this area which was right next door! Breakfast was great! The staff were all kind, and helpful. The access to a king size bed was great! Free and accessible parking were also a huge plus! Lots of food and shopping nearby and easy access to route 50 and interstate 79!

There were pretty typically at least a couple of people right outside of the hotel door smoking cigarettes, as I'm not a smoker and I have asthma this was a big minus for me. The lack of an elevator made it a little tougher if you have a lot of luggage, but they do have first floor options. The rooms are also somewhat small, but they make up for this with the size of the bed!

The location was good for us because it was only fifteen minutes from a bottle show we needed to be at early the next morning. The beds were very confortable.

Wasn't thrilled with breakfast, no coffee cups or tissues in our room.

Good location for sports bar and steak restaurant. Cheap but clean. Sheets smelt nice.

Looked like they speedily painted but who cares so long as clean. Breakfast was just ok and coffee was weak

Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Bathroom could use updating. Didn't realize pool wasn't attached. Pool was only available limited time.

I didn't like it I checked in before show. Then I had to wait over an hour for them to I had booked and paid. I was just ready for bed at 1130 at night.
