This hotel is one my favorite. I love that you can order a room with your own hot tub. They are best room ever.. we love how you can just relaxed.

They give us the wrong room at first. We order the room that has hot tub in room.. they give us king suit without hot tub. Thank goodness they fix it. I would have not stay if they didn’t give me right room.. we love the privacy of having our own hot tub. Then we had family come and stay they order room like us.. the worker give them the wrong room too. I feel really bad because they didn’t have no more room with hot tub.. so that’s very sad that the worker not paying enough attention on room. Rooms are getting book to other people .when you already reserve them. I also they should leave pool and spa open all night. So if they people don’t have have a hot tub can still get in and relax.

The room was spacious and we loved the extra seating area. The front desk attendants were so friendly and accomodating...even at 2 am! The breakfast has a nice variety including danishes, english muffins, yogurts, waffles, pancakes, cereal, sausage gravy, eggs and more! We took advantage of the yummy breakfast both mornings we stayed. The shower and tub were the perfect size and the water pressure was good. We had a wonderful weekend stay and couldnt have asked for a better, more convenient location.

Our only complaint is that the pool doesnt open until 10 am and checkouts 11 am, however, she was kind enough to let us checkout at noon instead so our kids could swim. The pool isnt heated but there is a hot tub if you prefer. The pool area was clean and so was the entire hotel.

Disappointed that the pool and hot tub out of order. Booked the room because of pool and hot tub. Had 6 Grandchildren with me in our travels and they very disappointed because I told them there was a pool and a hot tub with the hotel I booked reservations with.

Pool was kept up nice.

Pool hours suck!! Waiting tell 10 am to swim is ruff on the kids when their use to getting on the buss at 5am... I'm obviously am only speaking for my family would swim anytime from 6:30am to 8:30pm 9ish. What I don't get is no life guard on duty and it swim at your own risk, plus you have to key card in... Anyway that will go into my considerations next time I stay in Clarksburg.

Convenient place to stay when Morgantown is overloaded for a WVU home game. Reasonable drive into town. Would use again in the future.

The in house breakfast wasn't exactly stellar. Clearly using things like dry egg mix instead of actual eggs. Not exactly a plus.

The room size, comfort of the beds, and breakfast were all amazing! The front desk was super sweet and kind! They even had made certain to let me know if they had fulfilled my request of extra tiles and pillows at check in!

I did find a better value closer to where my family lives in the area about 5 mi away. Also, the fitness center is only open until 10:00 p.m. being from the West Coast, this is very early for us. Our plan had been to work out after visiting with family before going to bed and it kind of cramped our plans. Other than that, this was a perfect stay!

nice clean well kept

racist useless Sunday morning desk clerk who when screaming when I showed her the printer needed changed because my ticket qr code was so poor it would not scan. she started yelling that she didn’t know anything about computers or printers and walked back into their little room. I stood there because I saw a white man walking to the desk so she came back out and took care of him and after he walk away I said I wasn’t done and she turned and looked at me and I said you don’t need to know anything about computers just give me the toner and I can change it and she said as she stood their smelling like a wet dog and said we don’t have any.

Solid place to stop on a trip.

Breakfast could have better vegetarian options--e.g. the omelette doesn't need to have ham in it when there are ham slices right next to it. Pull out mattress is uncomfortable.

Everything was awesome

The tv we had in the room was not working. The location was ok but its a up and coming area, so its still getting developed.

Comfortable and clean

The website said they had a bar/ restaurant there but when we got there, there was no bar/ restaurant. I asked why? They said that it haven't since covid. Why they didntt take that off the website, I don't know. That was only of the reasons we stayed there. Very disappointed I feel that we should of got a discount.
