The location was great and the breakfast was ok.. The WIFI sucked. It kept dropping and wouldn't stay on for more than a few seconds.

I reserved a Superior Queen Suit and when i checked in they gave me a standard queen. I told them that this was different from what i booked and i showed them my conformation. I was told to call booking because they will reserve a room for you on their site that is different from what they send the hotel. I was advised to book straight through the hotel.

The man checking us in at the front desk was very nice and helpful . Still love the big rooms and all the amenities.

Stayed here last year. The breakfast was good. However, this time, breakfast staff was NOT friendly or helpful. Low on all the food items and hardly any condiments - especially tea bags. I had to get one from the room! When asked about why the pancake machine did not work- the staff lady grumbled a response. Disappointed.

This place was spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I 10/10 will be staying here again in the future. I'm going to be honest, I am from West Virginia but no longer live there and I know that it's a gamble anytime I have to visit. I had very low expectations of the property itself and the staff. My experiences with hotels in WV that had amazing reviews about how clean the place is and how nice the staff are have pretty much never panned out. In every previous instance, the place has been dirty and the staff have been ridiculously rude.

It's been a long time since I've been to this part of WV and I had not realized how much it's been built up. I assumed this would be close to the grocery stores and restaurants in Bridgeport. It wasn't that big of a deal, just a little inconvenient.

The welcome we received from the reception staff when we arrived was very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I booked what I thought was a 1 bedroom suite, but it was just a room. Reception changed our room to a 1 bedroom suite, which was so appreciated. Breakfast was excellent.

We were only there for one night, but doesn’t seem to be much around. The TGI Fridays across the road wasn’t very good.No complaints at all about the hotel or the staff.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is complimentary and has a good variety. Right off the exit and conveniently located with lots of things available around. Our room had a good size fridge, stove top, microwave, small dishwasher and a table with chairs. I wasnt expecting any of that because it wasnt listed on booking. It was a great surprise, especially with a child.We will 100% stay again!

Parking was tight. The hotel was at max capacity and we ended up parking on the side of the lot. But that's the only thing.

The room was surprisingly spacious and full of amenities that surprised us like fridge, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher. The room had a comfortable eating area for two. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The shower door was poor and did not keep water from leaking onto the floor. We had to put 2 towels down after the first shower. The white shower floor has a non slip surface that has accumulated dirt over time and creates an area that is much darker where people generally stand. This king of grossed us out and made us wear sandals into the shower to avoid possible athlete's foot etc.

It was in a good location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and provided many choices.

It is an extended lodging motel and it is showing wear. Rooms were clean but showing wear. Great shower though! Our TV did not work so the desk staff had to come to the room. He finally got it to work. Very nice young man.

It was in a good location and very nice employees.

The door to the bathroom is a sliding door so there is no privacy with a huge crack in it between the wall and the door where you can see right in. You also can’t lock the bathroom door. The shower also was a failed design there was water getting out of it all over the floor. The door to the shower doesn’t even shut. For the hotel to properly fix these problems we stayed in room 306

Our room was very roomy; it was handicap accessible, although we didn’t request that. There was a living room and kitchenette. Very clean and quiet. Outdoor seating areas were available. Surrounding area upscale and new with some chain restaurants nearby. Easy access to Interstate.

The breakfast offerings were above average, but most of the items were nearly gone and cooled off. No one seemed to be checking and refilling the food items.

We liked Everything! Our new Fav place to stay when we come to visit relatives. Perfect for our dog as well. Big open field in front of the hotel. Be a good pet owner and pick up your poo. Breakfast was great Staff is awesome
