Well located within the centre of the town. Breakfast was very good.

Parking, because it was in the centre of the town parking on street was limited and we were told the hotel car park was full although there was space to put in 2 motorcycles but the receptionist was totally unhelpful on this matter. Luckily there was a secure parking building across the road, but we did encounter some problems with the machine not working. We used another machine and after an hour finally managed to get a ticket, thanks to a kind lady who was also experiencing the same problem. Parking in the hotel parking was very expensive, the secure parking across the road was cheaper.

Great location - very convininent location - close to everywhere (bus station, restaurants, grocery stores...) Nice breakfast - so many options (also a lot of lactose-free products - perfect for me!) Friendly staff - I could drop by my luggage earlier than the allowed check-in time. Super convenient!

I felt it was a bit cold sometimes because the heater is next to the window. After you close the curtains, it feels that the heat is blocked too. The window cannot be closed very well.

The beds were nice and the Staff was accommodating. The services provided such as the breakfast were amazing. Location of the hotel was near to the places we needed to visit which helped a lot.

The showers had a sauna and that was great, however having a possibility of a jaccuzi there would elevate the experience greatly. I wouldn't mind paying just a bit more for that.

Staff were beyond helpful, happy and funny.

It was a breakfast buffet and were travelling with boxers for tournament. It would have been helpful if we could have taken a few buffet pieces since they were paid for but the girls were delayed by the weigh in.

Reception staff ( Gina , Mo ) are amazing , helping , checking how are you doing with a big smile , gave info about everything you want to find in the hotel or the city . The requested room was arranged , breakfast is very good , enough food for everyone, head chief and staff are chilled and happy and helping everyone. The hotel location is perfect , few mins walking from the central station, city centre , bars and cafes .

The personal working at the hotel were amazing, they were very kind and helpful! We were so thankful for having our dogs accepted at the hotel too.

The art in Room 810 was questionable, as it transmitted an uncomfortable feeling. Perhaps that was the intended effect, but it is challenging to sleep well after seeing it. It would be better to display the art in the hallway.

Location, staff, gym

I booked 2 singles and got a double bed, not good when it a farther as soon of 15 years old. I didn't like the clothes sale that was conducted in the main lobby area on the weekend I visited, the reason for this is because we couldn't use the bar facilities without people looking through boxes. (Mad house)

The location was perfect, rigth on the walking area of town and close to parks. We enjoyed the newly refurbished rooms and the beatiful down town.

The elevators were very confused, you wanted to go down to lobby but the elevator has other ideas, went up to pic up someone who was calling for it. It seems like even if you want to go down, it will wonder upstairs. Very annoying.

Anita at the reception was so nice and helpful, the staff all in all was super nice. The rooms had everything you could need for a short trip, even an iron. Our room was very comfortable, only thing they could have changed the towels during our 2nights stay. Breakfast was so delicious!! Definitely my favorite part 😍 The interior of the hotel is also quite nice. Parking situation is okay

Renovated bedrooms were very comfortable. Room was very light / large window with view. Bed/bedding high quality and extremely comfortable. Bathroom good size and large walk in shower. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice.

Parking is opposite the hotel in a public parking. This is the only negative on this hotel that it has no own parking.
