My fiancé and I came into town for a night for some business matters and were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality and cleanliness of this hotel. Our favorite parts were the confines of our room, the free breakfast was amazing, the indoor swimming pool was super fun for some relaxation before bed. We did have an issue with the tv working but staff was honest and upfront about the issue and how they were going to resolve it. We were able to pair our phone to the tv and solved the issue for the night. I would not knock this against them as life happens! Such a great stop for a day/night if you’re traveling. Would definitely recommend to others !

The hot tub was out of order which was slightly disappointing but staff were friendly and honest at arrival.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the breakfast.

The room had an odd odor when we first walked in and it seemed to be coming from the air conditioner. The exit door on the side of the building did not latch or lock which could be a security issue.

I liked the lobby area, breakfast area, & the comfortable and clean rooms.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool area was under construction (this is how I book my stays). The tv remote did not connect with the smart tv, because the receiver was located in the back. I had to pull it around the side of the tv in order for the remote to connect to the remote to change the channels. That wasn't the solution because we still had to go close to the receiver to change the channels. There are no microwaves in the rooms you have to warm-up food items in the lobby.

The room is spacious, the pool area is nice size, hot tub was great! The area was nice. Good water pressure.

Management should have taken in account 2 girls volleyball teams eating breakfast and had 2 staff members to keep up. The breakfast was good but they were out of a lot because she couldn't keep up. Also our TV would not come on. I have a feeling it may have been battery in remote. Not any USB ports in room.

While the property is older, it has recently been updated and was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. The staff friendly. We were there to pick up a puppy from a local breeder, and we're excited about our trio and very pleased with the hotel!

Snowflake is a small town, so you don’t expect too much out of a hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. My kids really loved the Continental breakfast and that they had complementary hot chocolate.

Bummed that the hot tub was out of order

I always stay at best western when i travel and im always satified with the price, breakfast, and comfortable beds but i have to disagree this time on the comfortable beds . This last stay my bed was a little more firm so that caused a little back pain other then that it would of been a perfect stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool. Quiet.

Refrigerator in room had not been cleaned. Was full of used food from prior tenants. Obviously had not been cleaned.

Very wonderful staff, easy and quick check-in, room was very clean along with the main room and hallways. Staff was very welcoming and happy to talk about the area and everything else, if staying in the area would pick again!

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

There wasn't a microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby we were able to use.
