Rooms were clean. Freshly renovated. Plenty of room in the double queen room. Not a specific handicap room, but very good for limited mobility. Grab rails in shower. staff ,Andy, was Very helpful. Had a television & light bulb issue. He solved immediately.

I wish coffee was available longer. We spent a week up here. Can't really say anything bad about the place.

Clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are wonderful! Laura at the front desk made sure everything was taken care of. She is very helpful and informed about the area. She had great suggestions. She does an awesome job!

Great location close to restaurants and things to do in Show low and Pinetop. Our room was updated , TV was nice, jacuzzi tub was very relaxing!

Parking lot needs some work. People above us had big dogs. They were running around and making noise all night. Didn’t bother me but my wife is a light sleeper.

Location was good, room was good. Other guests were a little loud, but staff wasn't responsible for that. Check in and check out was convenient. Ice machine was available, which was the only thing I needed outside of the room itself. Nice place.

They no longer serve breakfast. They haven't done that in 3 years. Booking.com doesn't update the website to match the motels current status.

Hmm i liked.. sleeping in a room with a heater that really heated up the room. The brightness of the room when lit. The bathroom was a walk in and that was real nice.

A 10$ sir charge because i used a booking service? It took three rooms to get me that had actually been cleaned. Partner said the tp smelled like vomit.. no desk chair. My dads stuffed bell pepers, why after 40 years i still cant choke em down.. ive no idea.

Room was big bed comfortable my dogs were allowed there for a fee

That the picture showed hot food at breakfast which they did not have but they had breakfast burritos you could warm up in the microwave waffles was good

Fairly newly remodeled rooms. Updated flooring , shower, and vanity. A very good sized room( I did have a single queen bed room so that could be part)

We ended up staying because the snow was too crazy for us to drive home in. We googled the cheapest hotel and found this. Everyone was quick and easy to do. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This Hotel is stepping up there game with new upgrades in there rooms with style and comfort.

People talking on the walkway balcony, thus disturbing neighbors, especially after 11pm when people trying to sleep.
