Value for Money to the truest form. Their breakfast buffet even at a very affordable price was a deal breaker for me. Some Well-known Hotels or resorts don't even provide such delight. And an added bonus was that they provided drinking stations as you know one of the scarcest items you look for on a hotel stay is water to drink. But Hotel Pier Cuatro provided such necessity. Shower heaters were working. And they upgraded us too when I asked for a twin bed room. The internet was super fast and signal is strong. The Hotel seem to be already old so you can expect the structure to be past their style, but they kept it clean. Elevator is available, it is very near a Mall and walking distance to commute. Taxi is very easy to find. a 7-11 is very near for your needs. All in all based on the price this Hotel was excellent. Ill stay here as long as they keep everything the same

Very nice staff that recognizes you after a few times staying :) makes a huge plus point. It's central to the port and not so far from the airport (since I was using both methods of travel) breakfast ist a filipino style breakfast and it's good. Room is cold and beds are comfy. PS. It's just a walking distance to a 7/11 and a huge Robinsons mall which is perfect if you have some time to spend.

Maybe a choice of European breakfast like scrambled eggs and bacon or baked beans would do the trick for the European travelers . I didn't ask for that so I don't know if they would have made it possible hehe. But other than that hotel pier Quatro is a great place !

We joined an event held in Robinsons Galleria. What we liked about the place was it’s very close to mall. We dont need to wake up early to join the event

I havent talked to the staff about it but the toilet bowl of our room, it needs a lot of time to refill for flushing.

Staff are so friendly …. The food was tasty. Good location . Beds are comfortable, guards are also very helpful in getting taxi in and out for you … highly recommended!

The shower system not very good and it had a rusty smell in the shower /……

THE NEW VARIOUS MALL SERVICES, MOVIES, FOOD COURT, RESTAURANTS AT GALLERIA ARE CLOSEST HOTEL. SONY 32 INCH TV AND PREMIUM CABLE, INTERNET, AND GOOD CELL SIGNAL MAKE IT SEAMLESS

NO TOAST BUT LAST TIME TOAST BUT TOASTER WAS WAY SLOW. MORE FOOD OR FRUIT CHOICES BETTER.. I SHALL RETURN A 3RD TIME.

The staff and the breakfast are very good, the location of the hotel is very convenient.

The beds was a little broken and the water was rusty

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. I will go there again when I'm in Cebu. The Hotel Pier Cuatro is highly recommended!!

The combo meals. I think it was unhealthy having so much oil on the meals. Its like fast food serving.
