the room was very neat and clean with a comfy bed. there was free wifi and an aircon that works nicely. they also provided us with towels and toilet paper. the staff were also accommodating. the best thing about it was its location!! it was within walking distance to a lot of places, like SM Naga, Robinsons Naga, Landers Naga, LCC Naga CBD2, the bus terminal, and a 7-Eleven store. super tipid because we got to save more for transpo fees hehe. the borj place is value for money and convenient place to stay for your future travels <33

everything was all good at the borj place. aside from the cctv cameras, maybe some improvements on security could make it better. i noticed that sometimes there was no guard or someone standing by the gate/reception area, leaving the place unguarded with no "bantay." there was also no bathroom mat outside the cr door. other than those, it was a very nice place hehe.

Straightforward checked in & out with polite & helpful staff. Centrally located with all the amenities needed. However, it’s in a quiet part of area. Since it a low rise building, there’s no lift to the third floor which my 20kg suitcase was brought to my room by a staff. Basic accommodation with a single & double beds with clean bed sheets & towels provided. Well ventilated with windows, aircon & lights. En suite bathroom with hot water for shower. No toilet roll but a bum gun available. A pail & tabu for usual Filipino bath. For a budget traveller, I highly recommend this place.

No lift to the 3rd floor in case you’re having heavy luggage.

It was centrally located diagonally across the bus station, so some food places were open 24 hours. The bus station also had a mall with food places, grocery store, pharmacy, department stores, phone repair and accessories. Just the next block over conveniently was SM City Naga. The room was good, no-frills and reasonably priced, which is my preference. The bathroom was provincial style where the toilet gets wet with your shower. The hot water heater was there, but not working, and they said it doesn't work. The airconditioner worked very well.

There was a hot water heater in the bathroom, and it wasn't working. I asked the staff and they said it doesn't work. It didn't sound like they were going to make it work. The listing does not show hot water heater in the bathroom, so maybe they just turn off the power to it for the price they offer. The water temperature isn't bad though after the initial dousing. There is no elevator. For this trip, I only had a carry-on size suitcase, which the staff carried for me on check-in. But if I had my bike with me, it would have been harder.

They were very responsive and they allowed us to check in late since our bus was delayed. The person handling customer service was nice. They allowed my sister in law to arrive ahead of us and checked in first. We arrived a little after 8am and checked out at 11am of the same day. We had enough time to take a bath and freshen up.

The tiles in the bathroom did not feel safe because it was slippery. I recommend that bathroon slippers be provided I hope. There was one block of tile on the wall that looks like its going to fall.

Borj Place is in a very convenient location for us because we arrive by bus and it is located across the corner from the bus station. Easy to locate - in the same building that has the big yellow Palawan Pawn Shop sign. We stayed at Borj Place last year too - and both times we found is to be a great value stay. The Borj gives us everything that we need - like a great hot water shower, solid wifi and top quality aircon - all packaged in a building that looks more like a shop factory than a hotel. The place is clean, with windows and quiet too. Love the Borj! We love Naga City too. Hometown of Cristina's mom. Beautiful churches and good eateries.

People should know that the Borj has no evlevator - so you have to carry your stuff up stairs. Sometimes you get help with that - but not always. And - no TV.

Borj place is within walking distance to SM NAGA, the Central Bus Terminal and Streetfood and Market. They have hot water showers and good wifi. The staff was very hospitable. Mr Borja met us on checkin and checkout. Mrs Borja was always timely in answering my inquiries. Rooms are spacious and great for families! Thank you so much po!!

We liked the location. Near to so much stores. Only walking distance to SM mall. Place was clean and aircon is cold. Has dedicated parking for customers. And the price for a night is just right. Thank you.

I saw 1 cockroach in the bathroom. Thats the only thing why we gave a 9 out of 10 rating.

The place is super near to the Central Bus terminal. Easier for us to travel around and outside the City. The staff are all nice. The place is so excellent for those looking for a very good place to stay in Naga. Will surely recommend the place to everyone looking for an accessible, affordable and with excellent facilities and great staff kind of place to stay. I can't wait to book another vacation with Borj Place once again! :)

None. We arrived earlier than 2pm and they allowed us to check in early. The room is big for the 3 of us. Accessible to both SM and CBT. Even churches.

Affordable rate. Location is great with parking space. Comfortable Bed and strong Wifi signal.

The smell of the room is not great, I recommend air freshener that are more soothing and natural specially for those who are sensitive to strong smell, deodorant, or perfume.

We arrived fairly early in the morning and the guy accommodated us (though I have communicated this beforehand he was a bit surprised). We were offered another room to freshen up while waiting for our room to be ready. The location was fairly convenient to where I'm meeting people. I had to cancel my second day of stay and it was okay with them.

It's not a full on hotel type so expectations were met. just be cautious on the stairs.. not for elderly people I suppose. we have large suitcases so It was quite a feat bringing them up.
