we didn't have breakfast at the hotel - the room was adequate, good temperature for the shower nice and hot. Heating was also very good and reliable.

The restaurant was bitterly disappointing - very overpriced. We had dinner there I ordered a chicken schnitzel costing $26.00 when it came out it was one that you can purchase from Coles fot $3.50 and the potatoe bake was cold. The second night we ate there we waited for an hour for our dinner to come out and once again it was very ordinary.

We enjoyed everything from the rooms the early check in the cows the location the beds. Loved how there is a restraurant on the property it looked amazing inside. We will definitely be back here to come and visit family again! Incredibly quiet and peaceful place. There's also a park across the road for the kids, which just opened this year and an oval, I believe. Alicia has great customer service especially letting me know that our rooms were ready at a reasonable time so that we could get ready for a funeral service. Thank you

Room was spotlessly clean . everything you needed for a couple of nights stay . we have stayed here before as it's very close to town and will stay here again

beds felt a little hard and you could hear every noise in the next room but other than that we enjoyed our stay

nice room sufficient relaxed ,quiet . was good view over the park even though downstairs. Considering size of room a tad on the high price but was surprise to see the bath was actually a spa bath.

Arrr no big deal but had me worried a bit when , bath emptied yet 10 -15 min after, the spa would start up first time it did it 3-4 times with 5-10 min in between and even though very brief , different lenth of time there after only did it once or twice very short.

We always stay at this motel to visit my son after he moved here last February of this year. This motel is very convenient, clean and got friendly staff.

Maybe regular maintenance on toilet exhaust vent and kettle inside the room.

The motel was in a lovely location. A quick walk from the centre of town. Lovely gardens. The proprietor was very helpful. Have is a bottle of fresh milk for tea.

Restaurant waiter asked us why we had only ordered entrees. We bought wine and had dessert but felt like we were being watched to make sure we spent enough money. Its not like there were many people in the restaurant. Plenty of unoccupied tables.

Positives: comfortable bed; excellent shower; clean facilities; pet friendly room available; wonderful location close to town and across the road from beautiful Tumbarumba Goldfield Heritage Park & sporting precinct.

No negatives to report throughout our stay… hosts were accommodating and we will happily stay again in the future.

The location was excellent being close to the town and easy access to other areas. The room was comfortable and easy to access from ground level. The restaurant was an unexpected gem ; great ambience , lovely meals and wonderful staff.

The internet service was atrocious. I've travelled widely and this was the worst internet service I have experienced. Took forever to open my emails and forget any visuals like YouTube. Just too too slow
