Rooms were very up to date and clean. Breakfast was good

We had a really hard time finding the hotel. Streets and signs hard to see, and it was night. Need directional signs or something. Also had a really hard time finding our room even though they showed us a map. Maybe because we are 75 years old and slower brained than when younger. We wandered all over the place trying to find it. I think the staff got a bit perturbed by us when we kept approaching them for help

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted enthusiastically even checking in after 11:00 p.m.! Breakfast was nice with a lovely view including a clear sunny sky highlighting Mount Adams in the distance.

The coffee machine's dispenser put out a hot mixture of milk and something else that was supposed to be Hot Chocolate, but rather tasted like dishwater with soap. Too close to the highway the road noises throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Easy access, though!

The staff and breakfast were great.

It was very loud. Doors slamming where you could feel the bed frame shake, yelling down the hallway, etc. I’m a night shift worker so know that “ loud” is during the day. There is normally noise during the day at a hotel, however this was exceptionally loud; making its way through ear plugs.

please kick out people that don’t know how to behave and eat at breakfast! its just about time to start dealing with dumb people and not letting them into public! simple questions at check in: if you wont behave, if you won’t dress nicely, if you eat like animal, if you stink - you’ll be kicked out

The hotel was great! Comfortable, clean, and great breakfast. I would especially like to commend the staff, especially Brenda the Front Desk Manager. Brenda was extremely helpful and her welcoming attitude art the tone for a very happy stay.

Clean and well stocked with amenities. Rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly

It can’t be helped due to the location and the near by farms but the smell of Manure outside was pretty bad, nothing the property could do about that though.

when i booked I requested extra pillows cause i need to sleep sitting up because of a injury didn’t get the pillows so they gave the thin blankets to use as pillows 😔

We were upgraded due to the room we originally booked was not available. We had originally booked a queen suite room which is supposed to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed giving us plenty of space to relax n stretch out but we were originally put into a regular queen room and when I went to the front desk they upgraded us to a king kitchen suite which is the most amazing room.

That the booking website does not inform the hotel that we specifically asked for a pet friendly room..

Had all the amenities you like to have. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Good breakfast— made to order omelets along with all the usual hot and cold offerings. Room was comfortable.

Could hear people walking around above us. Not a huge deal.

Everything was good except there were tiny ants in the room. We had taken the last room so there was no recourse but to endure. Most were on the wall by the air conditioning, but some made it to the bed. That made it a bit difficult to sleep.
