The staff at breakfast were superb in customer service. The lady whom I believe to have been in charge was so helpful both in helping me prepare my early morning coffee as well as preparing a nice breakfast for my wife and myself. The young lady who checked us in, Paige was her name was very helpful in recommending a place to eat nearby and as well, offered us a discount card for 10% to use. Very knowledgeable young lady and excellent customer service.

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff is always so wonderful, the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is awesome. Our AC didn't work and when the front desk clerk couldn't fix it she offered us another room. Since is was almost midnight we declined but maintenance was there the next day and fixed it

Nothing at all...if I had to pick something it would be that the halls were too hot.

Facility was clean, the front desk employee that checked us in was Amazing!! The check out employee as well. Breakfast is absolutely thee best so far for a best western.

We purposely booked this facility for the kitchen area although our stove did not work. Due to only staying 1 night it was too much of a hassle for us to move to another room and no discount could be applied due to booking with a third party such as booking.

It had an amazing breakfast selection. There was something for everyone. Great food, great staff. We were only there for one night. The room was clean and had plenty of towels for the 3 of us that were staying.

The only thing we would have liked was a hot tub. But that's ok, we enjoyed our evening anyway.

The breakfast was good, but they could change a little the menu for each day. But it was good. The staff was just marvelous, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean.m

The room were small. More control with guests behaviors in the pool area.

The breakfast was great - lots to choose from & omelettes made to order on Monday was fantastic - even had sour cream and the best, tasted like home made, salsa to top it. The pool was fantastic! Also the covered picnic table area was a really pleasant surprise and although we didn´t use it, the huge lawn - if we´d know, we would have brought lawn games to play. Also loved the little patio with easy access to the pool. Overall, a very nice stay.

My main complaint is the dog policy. I love dogs, but not their smell & barking. Our granddaughter walked in the room in stocking feet & in pajama feet & the socks & pajamas absorbed the smell from the carpet that is definitely from dogs having been in the room. Then we noticed that guests in rooms on either side of us had dogs, so there is apparently no dog specified wing like in many hotels. There was also an odd smell in the hallway, that upon reflection is most likely from a dog. My suggestion is to put guests with dogs into a wing that is not the same as those traveling without dogs & maybe remove the carpeting in those or all rooms and replace with vinyl or wood floors for capability of more complete cleaning.

Room was clean, location was good. Breakfast was great. Staff were all nice but Melissa and Brent at breakfast were amazing!

Pillows were uncomfortable and the toilet doesn't even like to flush toilet paper,

I was surprised by the affordable rate considering the size of the room. It was also awesome to have eggs made to order at breakfast. The breakfast was really good.

Room was clean and comfortable and unexpectedly quiet. Breakfast was good but unfortunately overcrowded with traveling sports teams. Would've liked to have tried the waffle bar, but again, too many people (kids) and long lines, not to mention it was hotter than hades inside. Tables and coffee were plentiful, however, so all in all a decent night's stay.

There was a misunderstanding with the reservation and we were put on the 2nd floor despite needing an outside entrance for our dog. (Make sure you call the hotel directly ahead of time to inform them of pets.) It worked out fine in the end and wasn't that inconvenient. Note: The area where the hotel is located is a little iffy, and we heard car alarms going off in the night. Overall, we felt safe.

our flight into town wass at midnight and we were greeted with great welcome and checcked in as if we were celebrities at mid afternoon.
