Check In and Check Out was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot Breakfast was a step above most other places I have stayed. I felt safe and secure, and felt my vehicle was safe and secure. Guest Parking was located away from the main street and well lighted. Quick access to the main Highway. Great Stay!

Front desk was vacant when I wanted to check out (left a note saying they would be back soon, but no time) I found another staff member who helped me out. That was the only issue I had during the entire stay.

Good. But not enough choices for diabetics: No carbs (no bread, no cereals, no potatoes), no fruit juice, no banana, no sweeted yogurt. Need unsweetened almond, cashew, or soy milk. Move the hard boiled eggs to a location where they can be seen for a good alternative to ham and eggs.

Slow elevator.

For 3 days breakfast was very limited. I'm guessing the supplies were low which was very disappointing. The other days it was good.

One would think that even though I booked with a third a party that AARP card would still be honored. At the very least when a person stays over a couple days that some kind of break in price would be warranted.

The staff member I encountered was very polite and professional. Easy check in. Husband enjoyed the breakfast.

In our room, there was a used coffee pod in the keurig. Honestly, ...Made us wonder what else may have been left uncleaned. I'm 5'3", and my feet hung over the king bed. I've never had that happen. I book King rooms because my husband is 6'2".

The hotel was in a convenient location for the sites I needed to reach during my stay. I was given a room I requested, on the top floor in a quiet location. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were the usual standard hotel cold and hot fare.

It was more expensive that I would have liked, but I was there on a summer Thursday and Friday.

We stopped over on the way to Mount Rainier. This place was such a lovely surprise! The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable as well as quiet. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lady preparing the breakfast could not have been more delightful.

The only thing we didn't like was the refrigerator which was too noisy and could not be switched off from inside.

The staff was super friendly! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well kept. The food was good too.

The only complaint I have is that the pool was really cold. We got in and swam anyway, but it was hard to get used to it.

Lamps by the beds did not have a lower light option. You had to have all the light turned up, or none at all. This makes it hard when some people need to sleep earlier than others in the room.

Tony at the front desk and the housekeeper misty were amazing!!! The cookies in the evening were yummy too

I wasn’t impressed with Jason, the manager. We had a very extended stay and he wasn’t clear with his communication and very rude about it.

Location worked for us. Easy freeway access. Close to Wilridge Winery. Very quiet. Several restaurants as well as fast food places very close by. USB ports were handy.

Breakfast was so so. Biscuits for gravy were cold. Other standard fare was ok. Shy on normal fruit.
