Breakfast Staff and food was Awesome , Friendly and very professional , so was the front desk and Maid service staff

First. Because we used BOOKING.com a 3rd party I was unable to get a military rate or discount. Also Booking.com didn't give me a military rate or discount. What I'm finally figuring out is to not use 3rd party booking agencies they don't allow for discounts that are available. Also, I wasn't told up front that the cost of my room had a 11.13 booking.com charge added per day. another reason not to use 3rd party booking agents in the future

We usually stay at this hotel for our yearly trip to the family reunion(husband's family) It's very close to the park where the reunion is held. It's also nice ti be close to the freeway, Walmart across the street basically, and burger King right next door for any late night snacks! Even though the hotel gives a free drink and liklght snack when you arrive(from check in until 10p) and the breakfast is pretty great, too.. my kids love the pool. I like the work out room. See you guys next year

One of the coffee cups in our room was used and had coffee rings in the bottom. We shared the clean cup. Pretty sure one of the kids used it anyway! Gross.

First time ever that the hotel called the morning of our stay to confirm our special request and see if there was anything else that we needed. The room was exceptional, and even though there were not many outlets, the furniture was away from the walls enough to get to the available outlets (most places cram everything to the walls to make it look bigger). Nice layout and their attention to detail in even the room construction was obvious this was not just another hotel. Breakfast was also great, best of all the places we stayed at with multiple choices of hot foods. Staff was very courteous and we were able to pre-check-in which made our check-in quick.

That this regional hotel chain doesn't have any hotels closer to home, we would love to stay there more.

The staff were friendly and efficient. We checked in early, but the man on reception was able to find us a room that was free. The pool was nice. The bed was super comfortable. The most comfortable we have had on this trip staying in 16 different hotels. A special bonus was the social hour - with a drink and snack. We were able to meet other guests and chat to the staff.

Check-in desk staff friendly and helpful; facilities were clean; adult daughter enjoyed the use of the indoor pool, hot tub and gym; buffet breakfast and evening cocktail included; conveniently located near downtown restaurants; beds and pillows were so incredibly comfy. The walking path along the Yakima River, located immediately adjacent to the hotel property, was a fantastic bonus.

Really great staff. Exceptional customer service. Great breakfast buffet. Great location, and we enjoyed walking the trail behind the hotel next to the river.

Expensive for 2 nights. Rate increase due to Washington Music Educators events in Yakima. Two nights for over $600 was very expensive. Hotel in need of upgrade. No fan in bathroom, in need of more electrical outlets, or lamps with plug-ins.

I’ve stayed there 3-4 times prior and it is always clean and staff is friendly. This time, however, they shined through some adversity! I brought my wife and 8-year-old daughter so they could swim and relax while I worked. We checked in Thursday at 4pm and went to the pool. Uh oh… the pool had a safety issue and had to be closed until it could be repaired. Needless to say my daughter was sad! Before I could even ask the manager Eric offered us free desserts and other stuff and graciously extended us a late checkout way beyond normal(3pm)! They expected the pool to be available by mid morning. I went off to work and my texted a while later. Well the pool won’t be fixed for a while so probably not until after we check out 🥲. However they stepped up once again with Brittany bringing chocolate cake to the room for my daughter and Sarah saying the pool was ready and we could stay as long as we wanted!!! They also waived the pet fee for our German Shepherd:) The hotel has always been pleasant but how they handled this situation was outstanding! I cannot recommend them enough! Kelly

Loved everything

Sister and I spent the night on cross country. We loved staying here. Near the highway but you don’t hear it. Very clean room and facility 100 degrees outside and completely comfortable inside. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Good eggs and fruit. Pancake was rather plain. Would definitely stay here again

No complaints.

Good hotel with very friendly staff and a view of the river from the room. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. There's a trail along the river if you want to go for a walk. Also nice to have a Tesla supercharger within walking distance.

Thinner pillows would be more comfortable. TV could have been bigger, but that wasn't a concern for us.

Breakfast was a step up from a Hampton Inn and a step down from a Hilton Garden Inn. This was the first time staying at an Oxford Suite other than your location in Bend, OR where we stay for special occasions as we live in there. We would come back and as a matter of a fact we are staying there on our return home on July 14, 2024.
