Best customer service I have received at any hotel in Yakima over the past few months. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Never once felt like I was putting them out, just by checking in. The lobby was clean but overly hot... the air-conditioning couldn't keep up with the traffic and 100+ degree weather. Thankfully, the room was nice and cool when we got there.

The only negative was the actual bed itself. We stayed in a single queen room. The bed was broken down and lacked comfort and support. Unfortunately, we both didn't sleep well and woke up unrested with back pain and body stiffness.

The staff was friendly, and helpful as always. Tracy, their manager has exceptional customer service. The breakfast was decent, the pool was nice, and they do offer laundry facilities. It's just an older hotel and really run down, it could definitely use an upgrade. It's definitely as clean as it's going to be for the shape that it's in. Overall we would definitely stay here again, we've stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years, and will be back!

The first floor rooms. They have an odd smell. All the other floors are great though!

The lady at the front counter was terrific, , very friendly and engaging. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and pool area were clean. Breakfast was standard but good and she was often there to refill any items and make sure it was picked up.

Nothing really...the room was small with 2 queen beds, not a lot of room to move around but it was completely fine.

The breakfast area was run down .Furniture was worn and chairs stained and dirty.Took our food back to the room to eat. The breakfast itself was not that great either nor was the coffee .If you’re going to advertise breakfast included make it decent or don’t offer it at all .It’s one of the last things your customers remember about your property.

All of the staff we encountered with during our stay we were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed swimming, our morning breakfasts and our room. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our staying at the Super 8 in Union Gap, Washington.

PARKING was terrible. Mother is handicapped and had to park too far away in gravel. Not very wheelchair friendly. Needed another night and was told one price, but when checked in banking, $30 extra was taken out. Supposedly, I had to check out completely and then recheck in to get the other price.

It was clean and quiet no one bothered me nor my brother. I slept all day I was so comfortable. I ended up renting the room for another night. Planning on renting a room tonight.❤️💯😁👍👍

Everything Oh and the breakfast was great. First morning my brother had to bring my food because I have stage 4 B Cell LYMPHOMIA CANCER. The motel was great making sure I had ground level room and right across from the exit door to be easy to take my service dogs out. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH 👍👍💯❤️😁❣️❣️

I got the adjoining rooms as I requested. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have an indoor pool for the kids.

Breakfast was okay but more hot food, i.e. biscuits & gravy, sausage or bacon would have been much better.

Clean budget motel right by the freeway exit. It was nice and convenient to eat breakfast including freshly cooked waffles, boiled eggs, bananas, cereal, toast, yogurt and drinks. This motel is nothing fancy and old but good basic for simple stay.

No complaints because it was one of the cheapest choices.

the staff was a bit confused about a deposit we have stayed here numerous time and never had a problem I don’t mind paying a deposit but the fact that the online help said nothing about a deposit and when we got there they wanted a 200 dollar deposit which we were not aware of
