The room was quiet. A/C worked wonderfully, the bed was comfortable, and sheets were soft. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great, easy to find, and close to shopping and food choices. Hallways were well lit. Customer service was great! I felt truly welcomed by front desk staff, and they allowed me to check in early. The property was beautiful inside and out.

The couch was kinda hard. The elevator broke down, so I had to use the stairs to 3rd floor. They did offer to assist me with checkout and getting my bags down the stairs. .

We really liked the room and I knew that there was no food onsite, as there is a very nice kitchen in each unit. We will have to plan better next time in bringing our own food.

The front desk person was on the phone with a customer who had apparently reserved a room through a 3rd party. The caller was obviously someone who repeats their grievance over and over; but the front person could use some training on how to terminate that type of call when there is a customer standing in front of the desk waiting to check in.

Quick easy check in. I reserved a 2 queen bed room but received a queen bedroom with kitchen and living room with a foldout couch, a suite maybe. We've stayed here before in a 2 queen room so this one was a pleasant surprise, Only complaint would be not having extra pillows for the foldout couch/bed but it wasn't enough to ask the desk about, we just gave our son a pillow from our bed at bedtime. Clean, nicely decorated room and hotel hallways. An ice machine on each floor would be a nice accommodation.

Very spacious and well appointed queen suite -- a true suite with a bedroom with a door, separated by the living area and the kitchen. Two TVs, one in the bedroom, one in the living/kitchen area. Nice bathroom as well. An excellent place to stay in Yakima.

We liked this suites hotel a lot. The only thing, breakfast is not provided, but this is well compensated by the amenities in the kitchen: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils.

Welcoming staff, spacious kitchen & comfortable pillows

One of the rooms we were in was near outside street lights which had a lot of bugs flying around it and on the screen of their living room. When cleaning the rooms I highly suggest that housekeeping also wipe the ledges of the windows as well as wiping down the screens.

We liked the room layout. It is not a traditional hotel room. Having the kitchen and living room space was amazing. It was nice to have a larger fridge/freezer and sets of dishes. Also, we liked that they had a garbage/recycle room, so you don't have to keep all your garbage to the end for the housekeeper.

The entrance to the front desk is a little weird, and we didn't like they they don't have automatic doors or a handicap button to open the doors for you. It was nice that they had plenty of trolleys to push you stuff on, but getting in and out of the front door was difficult.

The rooms were spacious. Separate bedroom from the living area. Has a kitchen. We had a problem with the toilet seat. It wasn't completely on.

Toilet seat came off. It's hard to go in the lot. Go to far and you have to do a turn around and go back. Best to turn into Bob's burgers.

Was looking for a little getaway but with a touch of home feeling and I couldn't of felt any more at peace with the whole atmosphere such tranquility in the art of simplicity at ledgestone.... much respect

A pool and hot tub was all that was missing

Very nice furnishings and decor. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was outfitted with good basic gear. The room was spacious

Bed pliiows are very heavy and too firm for my liking. A notepad and pen/pencil would have been nice to have. The front entry doors had no auto open button…not good for handicapped access, or luggage carts.

planning to stay long term and you love your morning coffee! or anytime of the day! coffee machine inside the room needs extra patience, (mighty tiny)☺️ but they served coffee next to reception area around 8am.
