Coffee. I would expect a more better coffee/tea options. The room was not equipped with a working TV connection. I was not able to see any channels and also I think nowadays every TV should have YouTube at least. I was having hard time to keep my baby calm as he likes baby cartoon while feeding playing etc. Also I was having hard time to find the cart to move out luggage from room to parking. I think that's a bit of a challenge if you are carrying few luggage bags.

I liked how big and nice the room was, the staff were also very nice.

The location, I'm from yakima and that area was very sketchy for me, it's gotten a lot more rough since I haven't lived there in the last 9 years, I was worried about the safety of my vehicle mostly as we saw a lot of strange people roaming the area yelling, running around and just lurking around the hotel as it became night out.

Great hotel and well located - room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helped us find a great local spot for dinner (Cowiche Canyon). Parking on site additional fee of $10 per night but well located either right next to hotel or their underground parking. The hotel has a small shop with food items and also a bar. Would recommend this accommodation to other travellers!

We went to all you can eat brunch with family and it was a good value. The waiter and cook were accommodating and pleasant. The check in process was smooth and the front desk attendant was very nice. I liked the text update option.

The hot tub didn't have jets just a whirlpool and it seemed a little off balanced.

The breakfast is always Fantastic and we always enjoy Jose every time we stay at your hotel in Yakima-Washington

A king room wasn’t available and we needed 2 rooms so we had to settle for 2 queen bed rooms - wasted a bed -

Had to become a Hilton member and give phone/email and agree to receive potential spam in order to use Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi was slow does, would only increase speed for $5.00/day

Staff was very helpful, able to speak to other community events, restaurants, Historical district and buildings.

Not having to pay daily parking fee. One $10 dollar payment for stay, vs daily charge.

The breakfast was outstanding with several options available. The room was "soundproof" and very clean.

My only issue with breakfast was that the yoghurt was served ON the expiration/best by date and was questionable to say the least. The room could have used a second "night stand" or small table to eat food on in addition to the desk. Also , there was no stationary or 'in-house' restaurant menu to utilize.

the breakfast was very good good service and they cleaned the tables very fast . the rooms were in veryclea. shape . front desk was there and did nit have to wait .

the parking directions were really vague a little better description of two different locations

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, good shower and room lighting. Overall, very relaxing and pleasant ambience.

Initially, there was no shampoo in the bath, which I didn’t discover until I was in the shower. This provided a huge inconvenience, I’m afraid.
