Everything! We were just an hour from home for a concert. The staff were all so kind, the room was incredibly clean, and breakfast was delicious! If another opportunity comes up, we would stay there again!🥰

I have stayed in many hotels in Yakima. Some being higher-end & I found that the Days Inn by Wyndham is my favorite! The room's are clean, quiet & updated. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was good, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, juice & coffee. It's located close to freeways. The one thing I absolutely loved was that I felt very at home & all of this for a very affordable price! I definitely recommend!

There isn't anything that I could say I didn't like!

The breakfast was good and there was several items to choices for everyone.

The clerk, when we checked in, she was so involved with her cell phone that she could care less about answering our questions. We didn’t think she was a very good person representing your company.

I really like my room the extra room on it was nice and the kitchen area was nice and dining room and the whole nine yards in the room was good.

At the front desk when I was having to check in I got charged for a stay that I didn't get to stay for because I didn't have every bit of the money cuz I was trying to cancel one of the days so I would have it I had to deal with a funeral and they just didn't want to understand anything else more than just what they were saying to me and the money you got taken for me no matter what and I had to pay more money again that I didn't have and nobody could explain why I'm being really charged for a full amount of price when I should have been charged for a full amount when I tried to check in and I tried to cancel my reservation.

The front desk attendant was very nice and polite. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

The smell was not great to be honest. I chose a non-smoking room and it still kind of smelled like smoke or possibly smelled like an odor eliminator which in itself doesn’t smell that great. It kind of smells like there was some smell that was just being covered up with another smell, but I know it isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel so it is to be expected.

Easy going housekeepers

The fact that the price went up quite significantly when I checked in, I ended up having to pay nearly double from the price I originally thought was the rate. The reason I selected this hotel was the price posted was $89+tax a night, 3 nights it was estimated to be $267+Tax. Got there and all of a sudden I'm being charged to check-in early which was an outrageous fee of $30 and then the incidentals was another $30 fee. Anyways I selected the room because I thought it was gonna be 267+tax and I thought I was gonna get my incidentle fee back that never happened. I ended paying 480 something dollars never going to stay here again!!

I wasn't expecting much for the rate we paid, but the rooms and building were very clean and relatively modern. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly while still being mindful of security, a balance that's gotta be hard to find. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy, but Days Inn was a little diamond in the rough

The bed was extremely stiff

The carpet in the room looked new. It was very clean! The room was tidy, well made and breakfast was totally complete with eggs and sausage even though the web page said it was just a "grab and go breakfast". I'm guessing that was during COVID and the page needs updating because the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, make a waffle, etc...

The staff were amazing. They were great at making recommendations for local food and entertainment. They even accommodated our early morning adventures with hot tea and pastries before breakfast hours.

This is a budget property, so don’t expect anything fancy.
