Location is very close to downtown, gated property, staff is very helpful. We were at the end of the hallway and it was very quiet in the hotel. There is a restaurant and bar that's very convenient if you don't want to drive everywhere, and breakfast was good.

The neighborhood surrounding is awful, drug deals and gang activity right outside the fence line, sirens all night. And the gate keycard to park your car is so fickle to use, sometimes taking 10-15 swipes to get in..

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. Really liked the gated parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The bath tub looked dirty it had a ring around the tub. For being the holiday Inn I was a little disappointed that people were putting garbage outside their room. The place seemed nice and classy until I seen that.

Staff was able to check us in early we had been traveling from North of the mountains after a 3 1/2 hour drive 😊

Upstairs neighbors bed squeaked loud and people talking very loud in the hall way at 1-2:00 AM in the morning the 2 days my husband and were there. I had to call Front Desk to assist

Location was good. I definitely liked that there was gated parking because there was a bit of a rougher neighborhood on one side of the hotel. Otherwise, it's central to lots of good shops and restaurants as well as the freeway. Nice view of the mountains in the distance, too!

There was a super loud party in the lobby that seemed overly loud. Lots of kids running around screaming and people yelling at the basketball game on TV. Was really annoying to go down to the lobby when they were there. The kids were also coming out of the pool without toweling off and leaving water all over the floor. Would've preferred the front desk staff to maybe ask them to keep it down a bit as the lobby area is for everyone, not just the people who were there for the party.

The hotel and staff showed excellent customer service and made our stay very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked.

The onsite restaurant served us a dinner meal that was far below what we expected. Not only was our waitress inattentive (she told us she was just filling in that evening) but the food was dreadful. I won't eat there again. The morning breakfast was satisfactory with a very nice waitress and good food.

Love the beds and pillows. Just like home. Nice to not have to bring my personal pillow to ensure I have the comfort I like.

Would have liked to have a designated space available to enjoy a cigar and alcoholic beverage outside during the beautiful evenings. The only outdoor space with tables was non-smoking which I understand since it looked like it was part of outdoor dinning area.

Breakfast room was understaffed but very personable and responsive woman taking care of 10 tables and front desk came to help with a billing problem. I also like that the parking is gated, the facility is clean and modern and bed is comfortable!

Stayed for the 4A WIAA dance competition. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. Only downside was the dancers doing stuff in the halls until almost 1 AM it was a little loud but got some sleep after.

Breakfast was provided at the conference, so I didn't eat at the hotel. I was appreciative of the gated parking lot.

the towel hanger on the door in the bathroom was not secure.

It would it be nice to had breakfast like is advertised when you look at the website. It says breakfast included. That was lie no breakfast included and I called to ask and they say no o breakfast included, and our kitchen is open until 9:00☹️
