Our room (and the hotel in general) was very clean and the king bed was super comfortable. The temperature and wifi were also great. The breakfast was excellent with hot egg omelets and sausage. Lots of other good choices such as hot oatmeal and numerous cold choices. Everything was kept tidy. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. There is a Starbuck's across a busy road and a Carl's Jr. across the parking lot at the truck stop. Surprisingly, the truck stop was not a noise issue. Although we were at Terra Blanca Vineyard for a wedding, the location is very good for wine country.

The AC unit was rather noisy, especially noticeable at night. But, at least it was cool!

Breakfast was overall good. I appreciated the gluten free options. Sausages weren't great (there was one morning where they tasted homemade Vs frozen)

There was hair in our bathroom when we arrived but other then that it was a great stay

We were there for The Great Prosser Hot Air Balloon Rally. The location was perfect! It was close to the Rally, to the freeway, and to many quality wineries. The facilities were clean and quiet, it had nice amenities, and for a hotel breakfast it has one of the best.

Someone side-swiped my car in the parking lot. And the parking lot entrance is kind of difficult to find initially ... you have to drive through the Love's gas station!

The beds are comfortable and everything is so clean. They provide bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash and not the tiny ones like other places. Everything is so well maintained and the kids enjoyed swimming and working out at the gym. They also love the breakfast!

Jackie made sure I had a room with a beautiful view. It had a nice workout/fitness center(although I hope they add a multi-station machine) a nice pool and a great outdoor space. The room was very comfortable and updated and modern(I did find a couple wads of hair in the bathroom(no biggie)

Can’t really say there was anything I did not like. Even the breakfast was decent. I mean it’s still “commercial heat n serve” not fresh scrambled eggs etc but was good.

Staff is always friendly and the facility is clean as far as hotels go.

The fire pit area is something we love to enjoy but this trip weren't able to as the gal at front desk said it's not opn after 10pm. That was frustrating as I am pretty sure I have enjoyed it later than that on previous stays. I just think it should be more like 11pm or 12 am as when we travel we are busy by day, but it's nice to have a good slowdown spot at the hotel at night.

The location is perfect, but a little hard to find the entry. Hotel was beautiful in and out. Great breakfast. Will stay again

I came over from Snohomish, and because the Hiway 2 was closed due to fires, I left 2 hours early. There was almost no traffic so when I arrived, it was only 11:30 and asked them to just call when the room was ready, and she verified my phone number. I had a funeral at 2:00 and needed to change. She said not a problem and never called me at all that day. So, I changed clothes in the car and went to the funeral. I just would have liked a call even if it was at 3:30. Would have changed and gone to the reception.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, fitness facilities were great, and the hotel has on hand the little extras (food, snacks, toothpaste) at the front desk. Breakfast was fantastic.

Your people are exceptional

We’ve been there several times so we now know how to get to the front door. But it took several times to figure out how to drive thru the next door gas station which seems the only way to get to your front door.

It's a great location if you're an avid walker and want the option to walk to some of the tasting rooms / wineries. All the staff were kind and helpful.

The noise from the floor above was a little intense at times.
