This is the first time I used the digital key experience. From start to finish, it was simple easy experience and I loved it — wish all hotels would do it. The room was outstanding. It was very clean, comfortable, and up to date. We stayed in a number of different brand hotels in our trip. While the pictures of the hotels were nice, they were misleading. The hotels were very “tired” looking and the rooms were very dated. This hotel was just the opposite and it was a refreshing change. I’m glad we stayed there and would stay there again.

The breakfast was nice for people who could eat gluten. For those that can’t due to health issues, there was an item or 2. It would have been nice see some boiled eggs.

Breakfast was not my favorite, although I did like the scrambled egg in small omelet shape with some peppers in it. I prefer healthier real food options . The spray for the waffle machine that people were spraying on it is just full (ingredients) of chemicals.. I don't want to eat silicone and all the rest. Bacon or beans would have been nice. The sausage muffins tasted very fatty. Im.nit trying to complain here- you asked the question, so im.just telling the truth. Liked that you had the indoor pool.

I loved the cleanliness, was a great 99.5% The floor was a little hard on the feet (no cushioning at all), looked nice cosmetically h was clean.. but a but tough on the feet. Not essential, but a tv guide to what's on the channels would be handy & the shops/ services in the area. Liked the 12pm check out. Nothing to use as a dish brush or sponge. I understand those things can get real stinky & unhygienic.. there are long rubber ones... Hit tub down stairs was a bit too hot.

The room was set up for a much longer stay than we needed. It was truly a sweet and that it had a kitchenette and a curtain divider that gave the bed area privacy without a real wall.

The patio for dining near the front desk had some kind of whistling horn sound that was quite irritating. It was just for one alfresco breakfast, but it drove us off of the dining area.

Once we figured out where it was, was convenient for restaurants and stores. Had an issue with Google maps for some reason. Room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower fantastic. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. We liked that they also listed the calories.

Clean, fabulous location. Convenient to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and nature trails. Would absolutely stay again! Photo is the view from the hotel parking lot! Mountains on one side, food and shopping on the other! Perfect!

Large comfortable room.Very clean Nice furnishings.

Paid long i advance for 2 rooms.When we checked in one roim was ready.We were bit early so np when told other riom eould be ready very soon.Well went shopping returned 30 minutes later and was told nope not ready. Waited in lobby.Unconcerned desk clerk gathered her stuff and ended her shift.After a bit asked another clerk and he went snd checked and gave me keys.

The spacious room. Kitchen area was nice. Full size fridge. Great location Walmart and so many store and dining options with minutes or walking distance.

Not enough pillows for a king size bed. Not enough towels for a family of 4 , but they brought towels and were super nice and professional about it.

We really liked the cleanliness of our room and size of the bathroom. The table on wheels was a huge benefit so my son and I could play card games.

I did not enjoy my breakfast sandwich. The idea is great but execution was lacking. I maybe have grabbed a plant based on or something but it wasn’t great.

The staff at this location really went the extra mile for us! The front check in desk folks were amazing. They helped us when my husband took a fall in the restroom at the lobby area. He was having difficulty with his walker. They were very respectful and kind. The staff helped us get things settled in the room and were there to send us off the next day, even checking to see how my husband was faring. It was a very comfortable and large handicapped access room. We appreciated the extra care with the motorized blinds and other thoughtful touches.

Everything was fine except that it was filling up! Word must be out that this is a great place to stay and this made parking a bit of a challenge, but they do have a good lot.

Spacious, well appointed, clean and convenient.

Insulation left something to be desired. Could hear the children upstairs running up and down the length of the room for a long period of time! Breakfast left a little something to be desired. Some ‘ole styrofoam eggs..
