The room was nice and big. The location is great for people visiting, it's right next to the mall and loads of other stores, restaurants, and a nearby movie theater. The bed was very comfortable.

It says the rooms are soundproof when you book your stay, but the lady at the front desk asked me if the kids were going to be noisy because it's a quiet section. Wth? I had my two grandkids with me and when I brought up the soundproof point she just kind of laughed and said no, they're not. She also wasn't going to provide us with breakfast. I told her that because I'm a Genius points member they gave it to us the last time. Apparently, some people must pay for breakfast. She responded by saying that I got the room upgrade and that I have the option for either an upgrade or breakfast. I knew this was not the case so I just left it alone, spoke to someone else later and got our breakfast in the morning. 😊

Always like the location and the breakfast included. Good breakfast choices. Pretty grounds/courtyard. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Only one chair in the king room: desk chair. Two of us prefer two chairs. Shreds in the carpet were an obvious sign of maintenance issues as well as chipped paint on the bathroom door. Room smelled "smokey" from perhaps being a smoking room in the past. Not a deal breaker for the value, but somewhat off putting. The rear door to the outside parking lot was not ever locked=security issue.

The bacon, whoever cooked, the bacon deserves a raise, whoever bought the bacon deserves a raise seriously hands-down that was the best bacon I’ve ever had in my life and I love bacon

If you open the windows in the curtains, they were terribly dirty. I would hire someone to wash the windows like I couldn’t even see out the window. It was that bad inside. I don’t know if it was clean or not but the outside was definitely not so I just left the windows closed

After staying at 5 other hotel properties on our round trip to California all around the same price point this hotel was fabulous!Our next road trips we will book at the Red Lion Inns .The staff was amazing the room was very clean and comfortable we had our little dog with us and this hotel is extremely pet friendly.The dinner we had in the restaurant on the property was excellent as was our server.The pool area was very clean and we enjoyed a relaxing swim after a long day on the road.This Red Lion was excellent Thankyou to all the staff!!!

Location is great. Pretty quiet. Bed was comfy! Our queen suite was very comfortable, but the living room furniture was old and tattered. Desk clerk was very nice.

The furniture is old, shabby and looks dirty. Screw sticking up through carpet. Lobby is awful looking, it used to be a very nice facility. First impression is not good. You have to request housekeeping if you want/need it.

Overall, a surprising level of comfort for the price. Because of my work, I try to stay within my per diem allotment and so cannot indulge in the luxury "leading" properties. This Red Lion though had several things really in its favor: comfy bed with extra pillows and blankets per my request, a GOOD breakfast with fresh, hot food, a redone bathroom with a large solid countertop so all of our (many) medications and toiletries were accessible, and really nice modern common areas. I would have given everything a 10 but the room was a bit shabby (torn carpet) and there was no bread decaf at breakfast. Picky, I know! Very very comfy, and for the price a I would absolutely go back

For the price (under a hundred dollars), the cleanliness surprised me. Outdated, sure. But the room was clean and tidy. Hot breakfast was included in my stay; nothing to rave about, but still nice to have nonetheless. Also walking distance to lots of chain restaurants and stores like target.

The walls were thin, and you could feel the ground shake when someone was walking out in the hallway. It was that sensitive.

Property was spacious and quiet. We had our dog with us, and it was so quiet he didn't even bark. It also was soothing with the water features around to property.

Staff should suggest the proper entrance to park your car closest to your room. Not knowing this, I had to go up 3 flights of stairs in order to put my luggage away. (it was quite hot)

The room and facility is very clean.

When checking Mitchell and the other lady on duty were bickering who was going to check me in, Mitchell started. I went to get my id instead of my credit cards I brought in and the lady working with him was checking me in. NO THANK YOU , I DON’T NEED 2 HANDLERS TO CHECK IN. If you were going off duty, don’t start it. Opened the patio door and got sprayed in the room from sprinklers .

We were very surprised that there was NO signage for at least the office. We drove around the building twice thinking that it was the Nomade Kitchens. We were driving around for a good half hour or so before I finally gave in and checked the doors that we had originally driven up to thinking that cannot be the office. Then we got to the desk Cindy was great. She was trying to down upgrade or something for our troubles. She thought she had given us an upgraded room, when we got to it our keycard wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t work on the outside door either but someone let us in. When Cindy opened our room door for us someone else’s stuff was on the bed. So she got us into another room. My wife noticed during the night in her bare feet that the carpet along the bathroom wall was wet. Then when we got back from breakfast our keys would not work again. That key system really needs to be replaced. The people were Great but management needs to get some lighting and/or signage around the front office and a new key system.
