I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The room was absolutely massive, the bed was cozy, and everything was very clean. I loved the smell of the cleaning stuff they used. It had a nice scent, as opposed to straight bleach. The cherry on top was the breakfast! The eggs were not those terrible powdered ones that a lot of hotels serve. Ms. La Quinta has come up in the world!

I did not pack a bathing suit, but I was hoping to at least sit by the pool and put my feet in. However, the water was cloudy and I could see clumps of dirt that had settled on the bottom. I was a little disappointed, but I wasn't relying on the pool to make or break my stay anyway, so it wasn't a big deal.

The location was great, breakfast was delicious and room was clean and comfortable.

The second floor hallway carpet had a ton of stains on it. Thankfully, our room appeared to be clean. I had completed the preregistration check in the day before our arrival, but was required to complete it all over again. The man at the front desk told me that he had been too busy to go through the preregistrations. What was the point of me taking the time to do this if he wasn’t going to look? It was frustrating to say the least.

Room was clean, even if they allow pets there was no pet smell in our room. Bed was comfy, AC worked really well, although you can’t raise the AC, can only turn on and off so it can get really cold. Breakfast was good, though I wish it was open longer, just from 6am-9am so we only went once. Pool closes at 10, so wasn’t able to use because we were out all day. They have a 24/7 workout room though. Didn’t have any trouble with noise and the hotel is pretty much a short drive to everything. You can choose if you want housekeeping and what day, which was nice, didn’t have to worry about people knocking on the door or coming in while we were out. The front desk people were very nice as well, Dave was so nice when we came to check in! Our keys didn’t work at first but he was quick and friendly in getting them working! Great spot!

Early breakfast cut off at 9am, but no big deal. Can’t raise AC to personal comfort, can only just turn on and off, so room gets really cold. No reason for a bad review though!

It’s location is perfect for our children to come visit us at the property because they live close by.

The only thing that I had real problems with is that I brought some of our own pop and groceries that went bad on me because the refrigerator didn’t work so I told the guy at the front desk that it wasn’t getting cold whatsoever and all he said was yeah most of them didn’t work and he never offered any compensation for the money that we spent and everything had to be thrown out due to no refrigeration. Luckily I was able to borrow my son’s cooler just to keep our drinks cooler! I didn’t appreciate being unable to get compensated for this.

Breakfast was adequate.

We spent MANY HOURS waiting for the three rooms to become available and thus able to check into the rooms. Two rooms were ready and no problem but the third room was problematic. Finally, we canceled the reservation and paid for a new room. I am not sure just how Booking.com managed to have this happen, but they did. LaQuinta staff were excellent trying to figure out this difficulty with the third room/booking.

The continental breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby was modern and welcoming.

There are no signs on the luggage carts to be returned to the lobby after use. It may help with carts being returned. I had to make several trips from my car to bring my families luggage to our room. Though, I understand why guests keep them. It is the most frustrating part of staying at any hotel.

Cleanliness, kindness of staff, location and room size.

The door to our room had a large gap in the side door jamb which allowed us to hear every noise in the hallway at late hours of the night. The bathroom smelled like sewage when the light/fan was on for more than a couple of minutes.

For the price, we were blown away! The friendly front desk staff made check-in a breeze, and our room was a huge surprise – a two-room suite with king beds, a living area, and three TVs. The pool, gym, and free breakfast were fantastic bonuses. La Quinta is now on our radar for future trips – exceptional value!

I liked the breakfast, comfortable bed, wifi, and pets were allowed.

I didn't like the dirty bathroom floor. I spent the first 5minutes on my hands and knees wiping the floor of dog&human hair from previous guests. I arrived tired and exhausted, and this was the last thing I wanted to do. I didn't like the power plug for desk, it did not work. I setup my laptop for an hour of work at the desk. I got no power from the desk outlet, so I had to work from the couch where I got a sore neck.

Location was great (especially because Starbucks was only 2 blocks away!) Easy to get to. Staff was exceptional - polite, courteous (thanks to the young man who opened doors for me) Great breakfast. Definite 104+ stars from me!

Nothing to complain about. Nicest place I've stayed in a long time. I'm retired military who spent a lot of time traveling during one of my assignments, would have loved to have stayed here during that time.
