Our room was so big! And the beds were so soft and comfy! We had the queen deluxe with a balcony that my mom had breakfast on! There is plenty of room for a family of 3 adults and 2 tweens! And the 2 TVs were huge compared to other hotels!Not to mention family friendly and a 24hr. Pool!! the price was decent, and the location was right next to the mall, which is one of the many reasons we travel to tri cities. Staff was so kind and helpful, and they offered breakfast. Put that together with the rather decent price, and you get a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back and checking out other holiday Inn and express and suites in the near future!! 👌

The duvet comforter was a little heavy for our liking. We would have liked a light weight blanket option. When we first arrived, our room smelled strongly of air freshener. My husband does not tolerate scents like that. The front desk clerk was very helpful and quickly found us another room.

Room was a great spot! Comfy and loved having the jetted tub! They accommodated my pup and had a great pool! Loved the cookies at night and the breakfast in the morning. Lots of perks for a great price! Will be back again!

Everything was clean and nice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfy and quiet. The breakfast was amazing!

Our room was right by the laundry area, and there was an overpowering chemical smell in the hallway from that sometimes, but as soon as we got into our room, it wasn’t noticeable.

I thought I was getting a king bed but got a queen. Also shower wasn't a walk in for disability like ourselves.

The furniture in the rooms is getting very soiled. time for new furniture or deep cleaning

common areas were nice, staff were nice and helpful, location was good, parking was good, bed was comfortable.

could have been cleaner stain on couch in room, corners of baseboards were dirty throughout the room and bathroom, outdoor garbages were overflowing and debris was blowing away from wind. the curtains were dirty and the patio door was dirty as well as the screen had a big hole in it and barely opened as it was bent and worn.
