The pool area was super clean and well set up. Ken at the front desk is very fast and friendly - we had a screaming toddler with us and he didn’t even flinch.) Also, the breakfast was incredible!

The pillows are very uncomfortable, and the walls in the room were really smudged up. No big deal.

The staff was helpful, the room was spotless and housekeeper helpful and very nice. I think both people that assisted me were from Ukraine. Lovely humble. Even though I left early I love having the out time be noon. U felt un rushed❤️

Great location and the area was quiet at night. The breakfast was good each morning.

The pillows are flat and I had to buy my own. Our room 412 had some popping noises in the wall every morning. We believe there are pipes in the wall that grow when people start using hot water for showers. Also not a huge problem but there was no on screen TV guide. The TV remote had a button for guide but nothing came up when pushed.

The staff we met were all very nice and friendly. I appreciated that, although I used booking.com, they recognized my hhonors membership. The breakfast seemed to be very balanced.

We were traveling from Seattle area to Boise. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the interstate highway. However, we recognize that there are other major roads in the area that need convenient hotels

No dislikes. 1 thing.. the pool is kind of colder than it should be honestly. That was our only complaint, not a huge deal.. but just a little warmer would be, normal.

Location was close to family. Really liked the fresh fruit at breakfast and the trays to carry your food. Also like there was water available at breakfast too.

Wish the fridge had a separate freezer had ice packs that didnt stay frozen and shower door was hard to open over mat so the floor would get a little wet if not careful.

Very clean and had a great location next to the Hobo Center

I reserved a room with two queens and upon check in they said they had overbooked and put me in a room with one king and a sofa couch.

I thought it was very clean and neat. Loved the AC control which helped being able to sleep better.

No negative thoughts about the property

The most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Breakfast was delicuous and had so much variety.... my daughters especially loved the mini waffles. My kids enjoyed the pool area and hot tub.

The only thing I didn't like was the drive to the pool everyday. I'm not very good at driving through tricities, so getting to the pool multiple times a day was overwhelming but that really has nothing to do with the hotel its self.

Convenient location to the Hapo Center with a awesome gathering area for lounging and eating breakfast (potatoes were our favorite)

While having a sliding barn style bathroom door makes the bath feel much larger it compromises privacy. Everyone would leave the room and go to lobby area if someone needed to use the bathroom
