This place has truly become like a second home to me. The staff are absolutely incredible and go far beyond what most people even realize. Abby is so patient, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. The owners are genuinely kind and show time and time again how much they care. They support people when others wouldn't, and that speaks volumes. From the outside, it may not seem like much, but I'm grateful my situation brought me here. I was so wrong in my first impression. The price and size of the room are unbeatable, and the staff make the entire experience 1000x better.

The only ongoing issue has been the WiFi. It can be inconsistent which makes it difficult for work or school-related tasks. A stronger more stable connection would make an already great stay even better.

I truly can't say enough good things about the staff here. From the moment we arrived they've made this entire process so much easier and more comfortable for me and my children. The husband and wife owners are absolutely amazing-they're warm, inviting, and incredibly attentive. They don't waste a minute when something needs to be addressed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Abby and Connie at the front office are also such kind souls. They're welcoming, friendly, and handle everything with grace and professionalism. Housekeeping has been consistently wonderful-always cheerful and respectful, and they do a great job keeping things fresh. The security team is also fantastic-not only do I feel safe here, but they're approachable and kind as well. Overall, the staff are truly the heart of this place and have made a difficult situation feel much more manageable. The room itself is spacious, cozy, and has been more than enough space for me and my kids to live comfortably. The water pressure and temperature are great, and the laundry facility is very clean with solid washer and dryers. Even when a few (not very many) other guests have caused disruptions, the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. While most would say its not the ideal area to stay or the guests aren't ideal to be around, I personally haven't had any issues and any issues that did arise I either didn't hear it or notice it or the staff handled it promptly. Despite a few hiccups, this place has truly been a blessing for us-and it's all thanks to the incredible people running it. If you're looking for a place where you feel supported, genuinely cared for and affordable, I highly recommend staying here.

The only reason I didn't give 10 stars is due to issues that were completely out of the staff's control. For about four days, we didn't have access to hot water, and there were a few days where the water was completely off due to them doing repairs. These things happened, and the staff did everything they could, but it still affected our experience a little bit. Additionally, the WiFi has been inconsistent-I even tried a WiFi extender, but the connection still dropped often, which was tough with school and work needs.

We stayed here for one night. It was by far the cheapest place in town, even beating Motel 6 for the Saturday night in late March that we stayed at. There seemed like many people who stay here long term. If they are paying for it the same price I paid for one night, then I don't blame them for staying here long term for the value. There is a stove, a full size fridge, lots of drawers and cupboards. No pots and pans or utencils. But it was spacious for our group of 3 adults and one child. The tub was very slippery. I think it's the design of the tub as it curves in a lot compared to other ones I've used. I warned everyone else to go in the tub first then turn on the water. The best part of my stay would be the staff. They accommodated me when I requested a room change as the first floor was half basement. In addition, I had left my earbuds in the bed and drove out of town. When I called back, Mel was so helpful and held the item for me as I begrudgingly drove back in town again. I could have it mailed, but decided to drive back instead. Thank you for a great stay if you are realistic about what you should get for the price you are paying.

It was refreshing. There was no room phone to contact the office or coffee machine in the room. The window plain wasn't completely faseneed in place and the oven wasn't functionable but the stove worked

Gabby was an exceptional lady! Very welcoming, polite, and helpful. She gave me one of the newly remodeled rooms. The room was very open, bright, and the bed was super comfy.

I was disappointed because there was no breakfast but Gabby explained that they were re-modeling the breakfast room.

The price was amazing! The room was large. Plenty of space; they welcomed my service animal; we were pleasantly surprised there was an actual kitchenette.

It wasn’t as clean as I’d like. A lamp didn’t work; the TV remote didn’t work. No coffee maker, tho one was advertised.

I was amazed at what they offered with a range medium size refrigerator along with The expected accommodations. They were very friendly and they let us move into the room an hour early.

Quick and simple check in, friendly front desk employee was happy to recommend us some vegan restaurant options. She also let us know of a local car show to attend which was close by and family friendly!
