The staff was excellent, very friendly and very courteous. The room was clean. They even took time to clean out the bathtub. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and they actually cleaned the Jets.

It was a very busy day. On check-in there were multiple events going on in Tri-Cities hotel was pretty packed... the hotel itself had a dress a show going on. And there were a lot of people in the hotel that were not staying there. The bed is as hard as a rock. For somebody that normally does a medium soft this bed was definitely firm.

24 hour pool and hot tub.

I paid before I got here, and when I got here, they said I had to pay a 250.00 deposit because I was local. I live in walla walla 60 miles away in a different town. I showed him in the app where it states that I should not be asked for money from the stay. Still had to pay more money and wait days to get it back. The room was only $80. I don't think that's right.

The staff, both at check in and especially the gal who services the breakfast cafe’. She does a thorough job. She also is a great help with waffle maker and keeping up and replenishing hot food etc.

The toilet plugs up easily and handle is loose . Makings flushing in complete unless you hold it down for several seconds.

did not try the breakfast thou what was offered looked good. The room was clean and well appointed and felt comfortable. The staff did a great job on meeting my request for a particular room location and type.

I was not given info (nor did I ask for it) on the wifi password. Also the bathroom sink drain and tub/shower drain were both very slow to empty. Lastly the fan on the ac unit was kinda noisy, waking me during the night.

It is a very comfortable and clean hotel. Everyone was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

I didn’t realize that we had to request our room cleaning. It use to be if you didn’t put the do not disturb sign they would automatically straighten up the room. Not a big deal as we only stayed one night, just surprised. One more thing , there were no sticks to stir our coffee. Other then that we really enjoyed our time at your facility.

The receptionist was super sweet and nice and the breakfast was a little eh but the lady that was working taking breakfast out was sweet and nice. I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and big the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. I wanted to look them up so I could buy them hehe.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they hold a $250 damage fee. :/

The 24 hour pool and breakfast were good. The fact that you have everything around you is pretty sweet and convenient.

There was a handful of times I'd say 4-5 times where our key wouldn't open our room or other amenities. Having to mess around with the key/lock for 5 min at a time was awful. Also we found 3 kids toys from previous people staying there. So..... are the rooms really being cleaned? The property somewhat met our expectations.

it was easy to get to. close to several restaurants and stores. The staff was super friendly and gave great information on places to eat. the lady that was doing the breakfast buffet was super nice and funny. really enjoyed our stay

the tv was harder to work. you had to get off the bed to line up the remote with the reciever in order for it to work. they only had one set of vending machines and the soda machine was full but wouldn’t work. we tried several different ways to pay. not the staff issue it was just annoying

Breakfast was all right - not the options I had expected from previous stays. It was more limited in things I am now able to eat. I have new restrictions and I recognize that is not their problem.

The setup for accessing items was a bit difficult to reach.
