The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. Rooms are affordable and come with a continental breakfast which was very nice. It had everything I needed for a wheelchair disability access room/bathroom. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

It was very loud due to a bunch of kids staying at the facility. Doors opening, closing, the side door leading outside was on the other side of the wall where we were sleeping so each time it was pushed open or closed we heard it quite loudly. I would recommend putting up some noise reduction panels on the wall that the bed is located. I used ear plugs to get some sleep.

Solid location,staff,swimming pool,breakfast & king bedroom was all 👍 for the price also around compared to other hotels 👍! Bed was comfy, pool was solid on this hot day, breakfast was a lot to choose from lots of good variety, staff was nice, location is a plus with lots of food choices to choose from and Walmart rite down the street across from the theaters.

Nothing really if there was a fresher smell in the hallways and rooms that would be a plus but for the price it was all worth it.

It was actually a very nice place, we loved the pool. And the breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not an issue with the hotel, but I didn't realize it was so far from where we were visiting family. Also, when the fire alarm system was going off, seems there was trouble re-setting it, it went off again a couple times.

The decor was nice. The breakfast was delicious. I liked the tub. The heater worked great. Staff was friendly. Great location, close to my kids, we will be back! Great stay!

I wish the towels had fabric softener. I do love a soft towel rather than a stiff one.

Location was wonderful. Hotel was beyond expectations for the price. Incredibly good value! Cleanest hotel I have been in, at any price. House cleaning staff deserves a bonus.

An evaluator would have been nice, but steps were well lit, spacious and easy to navigate, even with luggage.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was hospitable and friendly.

A bit dated and the bathrooms could use an upgrade. The toilet ran and we had to jiggle the handle and there was permanent grime at the caulking on the base of the tub.

Customer service was my highlight. I am 18 and do not have a credit card, so I called ahead of booking the hotel. I was told that since I didn't have a credit card that I could just pay with cash at the desk +$100 deposit that I would get back at the end of my stay. Took a huge relief off of my shoulders and I appreciated it more than he knows.

It was just smaller than I thought, but not uncomfortably so. The photos just do their job well. I thought that the bathroom could have used some touching up. Maybe i am just particular, but if it were cleaner I would have no complaints at all. Again, did not make me uncomfortable or anything, but I just noted it.

The breakfast was good and the room was very spacious. We were surprised at having such an expanded kitchen!

The bathroom and kitchen floors were significantly sticky--we didn't know if it was detergent residue or something else. The rug was fine.

The breakfast was not very good. Hashbrowns and sausage were good, but no eggs. Gotta have eggs with breakfast.
