It was super clean you could smell it when you walked in the doors. The front desk guy was super helpful and very friendly upon check in and check out. I wish I would have grabbed his name he deserves recognition for his excellent customer service! Pool was clean, rooms were immaculate and common areas smelled fresh.

Breakfast was a little late which was super inconvenient because we were there for softball and on a time crunch in the morning.

Brand new, clean and spacious rooms. I personally appreciate the alternative milk options at breakfast! It’s an easy gesture that goes a long way for me. I’m am traveling several times a month so I stay in a lot of hotels and this one is tops!

The receptionist, Connor, was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Gave us a big list, and info, on several restaurants, made sure pir rooms were together, gave us toothpaste and was just super friendly!

Veronica! She was at the front desk when we checked in. Then she was in the banquet room running the whole thing. What a spectacular person. Professional and pleasant. I was especially impressed in how she spoke to her staff. And speaking of the staff...it was obvious they took a cue from Veronica. They were all wonderful. I hope they are well paid...because they all deserve top pay for their jobs!

This is a great place to stay! I was close to my daughter's apartment complex, I will be back the next time I visit her, hopefully very soon. I will recommend this place to others as well.

No complaints!

Location was perfect. It was within eight minutes of the airport. But not noisy. The room was large enough to accommodate three adults. The pool was clean and very usable for an elderly swimmer.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area and while they are all pretty nice - this Holiday Inn is just the best. Clean, very comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The warm cookies in the evening when I returned from work was such a treat.

Amazing staff !!!! We're very friendly and very helpful❤️ Staff recommended some places to tourist while I was there and restaurants. Let me stay in the lobby even though my room wasn't ready which was great ❤️ Room was amazing and the location was great tourist attractions. Had a great time in the hotel If you're going for a kpop concert it's an amazing hotel to stay at since the venue is very close by.

Fast check in.

Scheduled shuttle van to airport,waited 25 minutes after my time and was told driver wasn't coming to work. Had to pay for a ride, wasn't happy with how this was handled.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean, beds are Extremely FIRM. Traveled with are dog, no problems, but the site didn't mention the extra fees for him:( Pool area is nice.

Maybe the site could put the pet fees on the site instead of telling us last minute what they were and that they were non refundable.
