My room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was exactly what I needed to start my day.

There was an issue with the television in my room, which I needed to watch a homework assignment. I have always wondered why a hotel would place families with small children on the 4th floor. If you are below them you hear them running around above you, and if, like myself, you specifically ask for a 4th floor room, so you don't have to deal with the noise above you, the noise is in the hallway instead.

Breakfast was the worst point for me. No variety. I know it may be hard but other choices of protein (chicken or turkey sausage, for example) would go a long way to help people with dietary restrictions. And earlier on Saturday/Sunday as people that are checking out those days may need to hit the road earlier and it would be better with breakfast under the belt. Also no cleaning except when requested or mandatory 3 day (we were there from Tuesday to Saturday - which is the mandatory day?? No cleaning should lower the price a bit!

The location and the grounds were very beautiful!

Would have liked to see more variety at the breakfast, and maybe just a tad bit additional hour or so added to breakfast time. I’m not sure where the ice machine and vending were located, as I didn’t see anything on our floor, but maybe there was and we just couldn’t locate it . The back stairs on the bottom floor (East Side door)never shut entirely, so anybody could walk right in.

great breakfast, main reason I choose BW. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At check out they even askes how they could improve service, I could not find anything .

the city of Kennewick is a big disappointment, except for the REACH museum there is nothing nice about it. the "historic downtown" is history, it is a bunch of empty storage buildings, empty parking lots, not even worth a walk. I drove all the way to Walla Walla 2x to spend a nice day and get out of Kennewick. Pasco is even worse. Tri cities is NOT worth spending a vacation. The tourist attractions advertised were closed.

The room was exceptionally clean. Grab bar in the shower was well-placed. Extra shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. A nice chair to sit in at the end of a busy day.

This hotel uses DirectTV as their cable provider and it is NOT my favorite. No PBS or local news channels. Difficult to navigate. Wi-fi was robust enough to stream shows or radio on my tablet but it was not reliable - it let go of the connection about once every 30 minutes.

Breakfast was amazing. I was so pleased with the mini cartons of milk and chocolate milk for the kids. Even almond milk for my daughter and I who don't tolerate diary well which was GREAT. A great selection of breakfast items and toppings! The staff was excellent! I even made a goofy mistake checking in, they all had a good laugh with me, then fixed it with no questions or attitude. We will definitely be recommending and staying at this location again!!

As of now I can't think of anything we didn't like.

I have always liked staying at Wyndham hotels. With cleanliness of the rooms, staff informative and friendly mannered, and a hot delicious breakfast awaiting me in the morning always makes me prefer choosing Wyndham hotels if available for a hotel stay. I had a very good and needed restful night sleep. This location is nestled near a clean commercialized area which means the area is occupied during the work day and there is minimal to no traffic to be heard at night.

Nothing that I can think of.

The room was lovely, the bed comfy and the breakfast scrummy. Everything looked new and clean. The location was perfect as we had come to attend an event at the Toyota Center which was nearby as well as were good restaurants.

The breakfast room was a bit crowded and must be more so when there are more guests. It was discouraging to find the lobby bathrooms locked and the one staff member was busy with guests at check out and keeping breakfast foods filled.

This facility is clean. There is an EV charger. Some parking is a few steps down from outside the front door. I had a room on the second floor and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had good space. This hotel is not close to the highway but is near a large riverfront park and many restaurants to choose from. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The pool is small for laps and there is no hot tub. I was able to do yoga in my room, as I had brought along my own mat. The gym is too small for stretching but if you like walking, running or biking on machines, you’ll be happy. No good walking areas outside the hotel.

Comfortable, clean, great breakfast options, pool was nice, parking was safe and location was great. Called ahead and staff was exceptional at advising about a late check-in. Morning staff was friendly.

At check-in, girl at desk could barely look away from her phone. I came to desk to check-in at about 7:30pm and she was sitting in a back corner on her phone and looked annoyed and without a smile or greeting said, "Do you need something?". I said, "yes, I need to check-in". She said, okay and finished texting or whatever before getting up to have to deal with me. We walked in and out several times and she couldn't be bothered to look up and great us from her seat in the corner, on her phone. Not professional at all. Also, I booked thinking hotel had a hot tub. It doesn't. It has a small pool open until 10pm. Nice small pool. Happy no one else was there.
