I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the convenient location in Richland. The hotel was quiet, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast was quite good, and the staff member who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. However, the daytime front desk person lacked warmth and didn’t smile much, which was a bit off-putting. On a previous visit, I almost didn’t return due to the same experience with her. Despite this, I decided to give the hotel another chance because the Saturday night rate was reasonable compared to others in the area. Overall, it’s a decent option for a night or two, especially with the added amenities like laundry facilities, a good-sized pool, and a game room for kids.

The location is great! About 10 minutes or so from the mall and very easy to get on the road to Kennewick, Pasco, or going West!

I was a bit confused on where the check in desk was because it looks like a market cashier station rather than the typical hotel check in. I asked the one person who was grabbing water where the location was and she got visibly irritated and acted like I was stupid for asking... Turns out she was the concierge...

My last night in town from a long work trip. My check in was smooth Gage was awesome he went above and beyond to meet my request as I was extremely tired and wanted to be closer to the front of the hotel. The room was moderately clean had a few maintenance issues, the faucet in the sink was loose and came off a few times while I was washing my hands, there was a dirty wash towel from the previous guest hanging over the shower rod, the tub and toilet had been sprayed down but not cleaned. I cleaned the toilet and tub myself, I was beat otherwise I didn't complain I was too tired I showered and sent off some emails and went to bed. The heat was real cozy and the bed slept great. I booked at a lower rate online but, was charged about $16 more not sure why there was a $4.95 resort fee, I still can't identify the additional charges. The good outweighed the bad so I'd give them another chance.

I was visiting my son and his family and the video games didn’t work and there wasn’t any sand for the Shuffle Board. We wanted to use them. There is a very dangerous broken step that hasn’t been fixed properly and is still dangerous.

Good location. it's right on the Columbia River . There are bikes and trails to ride or hike and a golf course right next door ! But the king bed rooms are, how do I say this ... not big . The bed took up most of the room,but it was comfortable. Otherwise, it's awesome, pool table,games ,foosball, and all kinds of stuff to enjoy.

Quiet and close to softball facilities. Your pool area and plantings are spectacular!

Only two coffee packets in my room (requested and received more at front desk). Also wish room was closer to parking. I have a knee injury and mobility is difficult. Plus missed breakfast one day because we had to leave by 6:30 and breakfast doesn't begin until 7 on weekends.

I like that the property still maintains a kind of vintage appearance/layout. It was clean, updated and a good value.

A repaired stair caused me to stumble twice because it was higher than it should be because of the repair board. You should prioritize correcting it before Karen trips on it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff members were all friendly, helpful, cheerful, and generally pleasant to be around. There was ample handicapped parking close to the room.

Having a light, preferably bright one attached to the switch by the room door would have been helpful. Walking into a strange, dark room isn’t pleasant. Because the staff can’t enter the rooms until the guests check out because of Covid precautions, placing large trash receptacles in the outside corridors. I had a four-day stay and accumulated a grocery-size bag of trash. I had no way to dispose of it.

The moment you enter the doors it felt welcoming. in the lobby I noticed they have a great snack selection, fun cruiser bikes for customers to use, lots of space for your party in the front. The parking area is huge, if you can’t find a place to park you’re in the wrong lot! The staff is friendly, and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. Bonus free breakfast yay!

They don’t have usb ports, I’m glad I brought my box to plug in and charge my phone.

Hotel has been updated since our last visit I totally enjoyed our stay. Employees were helpful. The facility has a lot of things for the entire family. Will definitely be back. Love it's close to walking distance to river and many restaurants and park.
