How close facility is to Toyota Center. Large parking lot. Close to shopping.

Felt the room needed to have easier access to water when making coffee. The shower needs safety bar on wide wall for safety of older guests. It would be nice if desk recognized older guests. Our room was second floor at the end of the looong hallway. Pushing a cart with luggage for a four day stay was difficult for older women. Next time will request a handicap room. The restaurant was very nice. We ordered takeout for our room for two nights. Food was very good.

Beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was very nice, which was the entire reason we chose to stay at your hotel for the night. We live in the same town! Lol!

I didn't care for the costs of your snack area. That should be reasonably priced for your guests! (Price gouging is an inappropriate practice that needs to start from somewhere!) Thank you for your consideration.

The breakfast was great. The milk cooler is in an awkward place. The milk stock was low and it was hard to reach with a full plate. The coffee was nice and fresh. The tables do need wiped down more often. The pool area was very nice. Plenty of towels in our room. The pull out bed in the sofa was a nice surprise. The shampoo and conditioner have a pleasant smell.

The flooring in the bathroom is slippery when wet. The pool flooring is about the same.

Breakfast was way better than I'd expected! All day coffee was awesome. The 3 sets of music at one time in the lobby was a little much and it would have been nice to have had a lock on the bathroom door. But everything else was great! Staff were super friendly and helpful, also.

In general, it is a very clean and comfortable and quiet place. I love the walk-in shower and the ADA facilities. I also use the Jacuzzi and pool for relaxing.

Just a few quibbles. Too difficult to watch the TV from the bed.-which is a big deal for me when I’m just staying for the evening. And I can never use the pillows and I have to bring my own, but to be honest that’s true and any place I stay

it was to the Toyota center and I could go walking to the event. The staff that were at the front desk when I arrive were very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was not good at all. The egg and sausage were cold, the coffee was not good. The water of the pool was really and extremely COLD!! The person who was on the front desk at 11:00pm, gave us all a bad service, she was rude, mean and I could even said racist! There was a lot of Hispanic people at the time and she was only helping white people and taking lots of time with them and when it was someone else’s turn (Hispanic) she was rude, she didn’t even make eye contact. One man who was there told her that she was having a bad attitude and she said “I don’t have time for this” and she was making faces like disgusting. A very bad experience with her. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

It’s perfect if you’re traveling and if you’re going to a concert, it’s amazing. It is three or four minutes away from the town Toyota Center. If there is an alcohol like six minutes away driving and food is no more than 10 minutes away.

If you’re going to a concert next to the town Toyota center it is perfect. It is a two minute three minute walk. Behind the town Toyota is Lil Minnie mouse and then it’s five minutes from everywhere else like the mall and restaurants.

The facility had a great restaurant, amenities, and staff that as very friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

The HVAC fan in our room sounded like it was on its last leg. We sleep with white noise at home but it sound like someone playing with foil.

Quiet rooms and a quiet area in Kennewick. The rooms were very nice and clean and I would stay again. Very close to all shopping and eating within 2 minutes.

Fitness facility was a little small for my liking but sufficient to do the very basics. Could use another workout bench. 1 isn't enough.
