Everything was nice. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Bed was comfy after a long 13 hr drive. Pillows were nice too. Breakfast was good. Night shift clerk Tocarra was so pleasant excellent customer service. Helped us by giving directions to shopping areas and food places. Very knowledgeable. At Checkout the ladies were very pleasant and friendly too. Both from California and had smiles. Would stay here again.

The only down side to mention is that they have only 2 handicap designated parkings next to the front entrance.. Once those are taken, it's a bit farther to walk from the side of the building to the front doors.

The staff is cool, i can always carry a conversation with them while checking in. Im a usual here and would highly reccomend. Ac works, breakfast is just like any other hotel so thats good. Cofee is nice, and they always let me take an extra cup. Price is mid compared to others here but rooms are clean and modern 👍

No complaints. However somebody did check in into my room which i already paid for. They said that i was their dad and paid for their room. I dont blame the hotel for this at all, im sure the guy was very persuasive. The sweet lady understood and believed me so she got me another room and handled it very professionally. I found it funny, personally.

Everything was nice clean and quiet no one was hardly around they were but its a nice area away from all the rutcuss near town great location nothing to far only minutes away from everything like dinning and shopping.

maybe the pool area not being so hot or humid other than that it was still great.

It was clean and the breakfast had excellent options. Pool was clean and nice. Hot tub Wasn't working and looked dirty. Other then the hot tub and the no elevator It was a great stay.

Breakfast was good, the staff were attentive, checking the food frequently, refilling items. They wore gloves and were careful about handling the food. I was impressed.

Hot tub was partially functioning. The hot tub water was hot, however the jets operated only on low speed and half of the jets were not functioning.

Breakfast was great. Wife loved the make your own waffle maker and I found the hot foods were fresh and not dried out. The location was perfect and located close to the business that we had dealings with. First time visiting the Tri-City area and we would stay here again if we need to return.

This was a perfect location for our trip. The staff was nothing but kind, funny and super engaging!!

The jacuzzi spa in the pool room was WAY too hot and people couldnt enjoy the relaxation it could have brought. No one stayed in long and other families in the room had the same experience,

The coffee was decent. The beds were nice quite nice.

The AC sometimes didn't work. Like the it would not get below 73 degrees. But it would still kick off the compressor.

Overall experience was great from the person who checked us in last nite at 12am to the young man who checked us out...super nice and accommodating..

I had a handicapped room, the bathroom had lots of handrails which was good but still had bathtub I had trouble stepping over side to get in .
