The room was has not been cleaned : bedding, towels, open water bottle on table, not emptied bin. After complain we have received another room which was clean in good standard with compare to the price.

The hotel was quite close to the motorway and the room and facilities were clean—just what was needed for my overnight stay. I had a very helpful member of staff to answer my questions about the facilities, which was greatly appreciated.

For the cost of the room, it was quite small. There was no staff on site when I arrived in the early evening (although there was a very helpful person to answer my queries via text message). After I had booked the room to include breakfast, I received a message (via Booking.com) that no breakfast would be served during the weekend. I had to cancel and then rebook without breakfast, to avoid being charged extra. Please make this more explicit in the description or do not offer it as an option when a weekend stay is selected.

We Got a message the day before Arrival that The reception close at 12.30 on Fridays, so we received pin and needed check-in and find The room by ourself.

breakfast was fresh and well prepared, staff was helpful. Breakfast space was clean and also spacious for keeping safe distance with other tables.

my room was a single room, a bit too small. bathroom did not have any amenities, which could be improved with handsoap at least.

Breakfast was lovely, There was a member of staff who was really lovely, really helped us and was really friendly.

The walls were paper thin, you could hear ever tap every cough for other rooms, lots of banging also. On our first day of business meetings, they told us to leave our keys for the room/Hotel in reception, this is also how you buzz in to the hotel when its closed, and when we returned, the hotel was closed in the afternoon, we couldn't access the hotel or rooms or things, until it reopened. I didn't understand why they removed it I wasn't sure if this was customary in Germany, so didn't question it, however I also didn't realise the hotel reception shut in the afternoon or I would have.
