Friendly host, spacious, clean apartments, very quiet and comfortable. There are no problems with parking, besides, the owner kindly allowed us to park our car in the courtyard. The elevator, stable Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a kettle and refrigerator, a spacious bathroom and a comfortable mattress - we really liked everything. Breakfast is quite sufficient, you can take what you want yourself - sliced ham, cheese, yoghurts, fruits and more. Good coffee from the coffee machine. There is a bus stop nearby for trips to Milan, quite convenient.

It would be fine to find some fresh vegetables for breakfast (tomatoes/cucumbers, for example), and boiled eggs would also be nice.

The property is amazingly decorated and equipped. You can tell that the owners have some kind of experience in design plus they are very kind, the atmosphere is so relaxing so this place really feels like home. Beautiful garden and super clean house. We had all we needed and enjoyed staying in Rita’s garden.

It seems not so easy to go to Milan but if you organize your trip bus + train it is not problem at all. Recommended to get here by car - there is a nice garage space.

The room was very spacious with plenty of place to store your luggage, a balcony, a dining table and a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was also very large with a bidet and a shower. Everything was very clean. Downstairs there is a large communal room where you can relax on the sofa and have breakfast in the morning. Another plus is the secure parking in a gated yard.

If you aim to visit the centre of Milan, this place is a bit far but for anything else in the area the location is ok. The breakfast could be better but it's not bad either.

We slept here for one night after visiting Milan as it was in a great location to get to the airport in the morning. The rooms we stayed in were huge and very clean. There is an elevator and a basic breakfast is included

The rooms were chilly and the AC units were not working. There are no blinds in one of the rooms we were in on the 3rd floor. For those of you who need the dark (like me) its an issue

Perfect location for a stop by before hadding to Milano. Very nice and communicative owner, who explained everything and recommend very good restaurant. Quite and unique place, with very nice large living room accessible for all the guests. Room where we were accommodated was equipped with everything was needed. Access with a lift, which was very convenient with luggage

We had a one-night stop here on the way to the south, and found the location very appropriate, and due to the extremely heavy traffic that day, we arrived late – which was not a problem. The room with the kitchen and nice bathroom was very quiet and comfortable, we could have spend here longer time (we have been in Milano last year so it wasn´t the point now). We travelled with two mid-size dogs so they needed a quick walk in the morning which was also manageable nearby in the parks. Thank you for having us.

Good and quiet area. Big, very nice apartment with a balcony and cooking amenities. The building had elevator and huge common area where the breakfast was served. Free parking, polite and friendly host. We stayed 5 days and felt like home.

Piles of mosquitos (we stayed in September), while the situation in the room was under control, it was unbearable on the balcony and around the parking area. I did not like the continental breakfast either - fruits were just basic, the bigger coffee machine produced awful espresso, while the capsules for the smallest one finished and were not replaced the whole stay.

Fantastic value for money. Wifi and breakfast included and a few good restaurants within walking distance. Super clean big room and very friendly host with great English. Lots of mosquitoes outside but the rooms were great

Room was good, open access to breakfast at any time and host very helpful. Sorted out what train I should get for connection to train to Rome. He drove me to the local train station and I am travelling with a bike so this was very helpful.

Very well taken care off, small scaled but spacious room. The building feels very homey. Parking on the premises and restaurants nearby. Super friendly owner.
