Very good service, staff are great. Complimentary drink when you arrive and they will insist you relax and get some food before check-in. Food is really nice, fresh pasta definitely a highlight.

If you're vegetarian/vegan be aware that there is a LOT of cross contamination with the food. Same utensils/pans etc for meat & non-meat options. The staff will clean them if requested but it's quite awkward. There is quite a lot of salespeople in the hotel, persistent but will leave you alone if you're firm.

Good location, nice beach and animation for kids. Excellent variety of food and drinks Food is available all day with different varieties in both restaurants Kids really enjoyed everything

The service during breakfast, lunch and dinner needs to be improved. There was too little staff for the number of people eating. Most of the workers were sweet but seemed too stressed out and this made it difficult for them to be of proper help. In terms of food, there was a lot of options and for the majority of the day food was available to eat, including two snack times. The parking lot was another issue. It was too small, we had to park our car outside of the hotel .

we spent our 2 last consecutive summer vacations in Royal mansour and we loved it. we plan to come back again next year

After having recently stayed in premium hotels in Hammamet ,Sousse,Monastir and Tunis I must agree with the person who wrote :"(this is the) Best resort hotel in Tunisia"! The lobby is elegant,the staff gracious,the rooms exquisite and the buffet meals the very best I've had at Tunisia's All Inclusive Hotels . I also agree with several taxi drivers through out Tunisia who told me that Mahdia's beaches were of the highest quality in the country.(On guy said Kelibia's was better;going there next week). Comfortable beds,huge rooms,good aircon,strong wifi signal. The drink service on the beach was consistently first rate all 4 days of my stay.

I have stayed in many hotels around the World and honestly this was one of our best experiences.From the check in experience with all the staff greetings and smiling especially Radhouen who checked us in,he was the best and always had a smile and a few words as we past reception during our stay. The staff in the restaurant were also so smiley and attentive. The food was great. Overall this was a great experience and highly recommend. The only thing that didn't go well for us was the weather as rain and wind for the 2 days but the staff at the hotel made up for it. Well done to everyone at Royal MANSOUR

Nothing everything was great

The buffet (Breakfast and dinner) was really amazing with excellent varieties of food and fresh fruits and vegetables.Great selection of fishes/ Meat. All the staff were very friendly.Location was great as we had the chance to visit El Jem Amphitheater and The great mosque of Kairouan (Almost one hour trip from the hotel).

Heaters in the room was set in low temperature. It was cold and despite multiple reclamation,they added only blanket, and the technician kept saying the temperature is ok and cannot increase it (Energy saving) I had a call from reception requesting for additional payment for my stay due to a mistake in exchange rate from the reception staff.It was not clear to me and did not want to to argue a much (the difference was nearly 35$.

Even though we arrived at the hotel early, the staff immediately took us to our room and served us refreshments.The sea view and green garden were wonderful.Great breakfast every morning, lunch and dinner varieties were very nice.Security works great, they found our lost antique item immediately, we are very pleased..

It is really difficult to find a place in the parking lot and unfortunately you can find a place outside the hotel on the street, which was bad for us.Unfortunately, the internet was a bit problematic in our room.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself as well as the facilities are well maintained. We enjoyed the food, the pools and our stay in general. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Although the sea was beautiful, the shore and the beach area could be cleaner.

The buffet was fine, a bit repetitive. I guess we were off-season so parts of the buffet were unused and covered. They were great for local food, so-so for Western food. Minimal snacks between meals. Room was fine , hallways were pitch dark! Like 2W LED bulbs every 15 feet.
