Everything! The hotel is recently renovated, all is new(but for the legacy elavators) we really enjoyed the quality of the services and also of the food and drinks

We stayed for 3 days and even though the first thing I did was go to the spa to book massages, there were no slots available. At the same time, there is no bathtub, only a rain shower, this it's difficult to wash yourself and basically impossible to bathe our 1 Yr old. We used the sink.

In general the property is lovely, the indoors decoration of the common spaces give you the sensation of a top hotel.

The room decoration, for a 5 start hotel I think it needs an upgrade. There is no bath in the rooms. In the hallways there is not signal to get to the reception, I lost myself several times.

The staff were the best, you always feel comfortable and welcomed with everyone from the staff. The food was very great. We had a payment problem the first day but they did not care about it and told us to go to our room and rest for the day and we will see what's the problem the next day.

They don't have anything special for newly married. The mosquitoes around the pool and the garden. The checkout time is very early (since we always woke up late, but they did tell us to go have breakfast even though we finished the checkout)

I had the most incredible stay at the Iberostar Hotel in Monastir, Tunisia! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms and stunning views. The amenities are top-notch, and the food is absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety to suit every taste. What really made this stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service. The staff here are truly outstanding! A special shoutout to Chokri, Ali, and Mohammed from the bar – they were absolutely amazing. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and dedication to making guests feel special made our experience even more memorable. Whether it was a perfectly made cocktail, a friendly chat, or just checking in to ensure we were having a great time, they went above and beyond. They made the whole experience feel like a home away from home. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was relaxed and welcoming, and the entire staff made us feel like part of the Iberostar family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Monastir – you won’t be disappointed!

They do everything right here. Cheerful,professional front desk staff. Large comfortable beds.Efficient beach staff deliver drinks to your beach chair. The buffet meals were consistently spectacular. Very wide assortment of well prepared meals. Not one mis-step -anywhere. Every day ,before 8 a.m. one can see dozens of hotel staff cleaning beach/pool chairs,hosing down walkways,trimming shrubbery, washing windows-someone is doing a terrific job managing this complicated operation. The hotel is spotless. In 3 weeks of travel in Tunisia this is my favorite hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The pools, beach, and restaurants were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and quality. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and chill vacation. The animation team was great. The kids enjoyed the animations.

The spa experience was quite disappointing. The girl at spa reception was unwelcoming and claimed we didn’t have a reservation, despite booking two days in advance. Only after I mentioned filing a complaint did she admit to taking another guest in our spot and offered to rebook us later. This mismanagement completely disrupted our plans for the day, which was very frustrating..

comfortable stay. Chef Mahmoud at the pasta station was amazing. Yassine, our waiter always had our table ready and waiting for dinner. Rooms were spacious and clean. Entertainment was available every night. Management very accpmodating and does their best to accommodate and keep guests happy

Dinner could have had a bit more variety. Essentially the same menu each night. Perhaps incorporate themes so that it does not become boring after a 7 night stay. Check in process was extremely slow. We waited over an hour to get hour rooms even though check-information was emailed prior to arrival.

We chose iberostar to celebrate our wedding . It was the right decision . The service there is amazing and so are the people. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Huge thanks to Mr firas who spoiled all of us . The entertainment team also made our last night fun and memorable. My friends visited Tunisia for the first time and they are already planning to come back. Iberostar will forever hold a special place in our heart ❤️ Thank you iberostar team and hope to see you again soon ❤️

NA everything was amazing

The resort is super good for the price, with very spacious and of good quality infrastructure and amenities. The beach is just superb! The pools are of good quality too. The food is delicious, always with local typical food available but also providing a mix of other cuisines at all times. The bar is of good quality and the local drinks are quite ok if you’re not in search of a specific drink brand. Overall: this is THE place to be while in Tunisia for holidays.

The distance from Tunis airport makes it hard to get to, but the hotel staff helped arranging the shuttle very easily. The beach loungers are supposedly not possible to “reserve” with towels, but nobody checks and thus there are tons of them impossible to use because of that (limiting the chances of getting your spot by the sea). The WiFi signal is very poor or nonexistent in some places, including the rooms.

Cannot say a bad thing-had the most beautiful stay from start to finish. The welcome is excellent & as an Iberostar member I got a lovely upgrade, thanks to Riadh at reception. The staff are all so kind & sweet, nothing was ever to much & they work so hard for you. No pressure at all but a tip really does go appreciated. Rooms are spacious & to a high standard. Definitely get pool or sea view as opposed to garden view. Animation team have great energy & very friendly plus have great daily classes-Mario’s stretch & Vito’s dance class are superb! The star camp girls GiGi & CiCi looked after my son so well I had absolute trust in them & enjoyed some time to myself! Facilities are fab for kids & the beach could be the Caribbean!
